I had my car towed to HVC after speaking with the owner about the problems I was having. He was kind enough to run diagnostics and inspect the issue I was having. Ultimately he had to refer me out but I appreciate that he didn't take on a job out of respect for my time and was honest and easy to talk to. He communicated throughout the process by phone and answered his phone when I called. I will use this shop in the future. Great neighborhood business. Shop is very clean and well maintained.

My dude went got his truck fixed and said this will be our new mechanic .I took my car and learned my motor mount was cracked and had been dealing with a mechanic that fix my car often or I’ll pay him to look and never could tell me nothing. This shop was very professional and I am pleased to say as a female he lift my car and showed me all the damages I had. I highly recommend.

This dude had my car all day to find 4 simple codes that triggered the check engine light and I had to ask him at least three times to just give me pricing for each error code and after continuing to ask and having him yammer on inaudibly, I only got one figure for one of the four error codes and then he told me that he was getting pissed off at ME because I told him i was having a hard time trying understand him very. so screw this guy I wouldn’t recommend anybody go to this shop for anything

Jay installed an Amazon alternator I purchased for $180 in just a few hours, which I think is a pretty good rate! Also some mechanics are skeptical of installing internet-purchased parts, so grateful he did it. The car is working great so far! He was also very kind besides that, which is more important than working on cars anyway.
