Scheduling was simple and the technician did a multi point inspection with pictures which was very helpful. Special shout out to the awesome lady at the front that communicated everything along the way! Great program and nice to know I have somewhere I can trust!

These people rip off their customers. They don’t allow you to bring your own parts so they can fix your car. They squeeze their customs like a farmer milking cow, but in their case they’ll overcharge you $200 more for parts that cost $50. Like I get the purpose of a business is to make money, but these folk want to milk their customers of every cent they have.

They worked with my warranty company to get the parts needed to make the repairs. I really appreciate everything that was done not only for this vehicle but my second vehicle as well. I've had work completed 2 times. Both times they were extremely helpful and timely. The first time I was concerned about the cost and they were very helpful in going line by line with me so I completely understood. After seeing the amount of parts used I understood the cost and completely agreed. The second time they completed the work. And I was surprised that it didn't cost more. Being it was my wife's baby, both times I got it back it was and work completed perfectly without any additional damage. A lot of times when you're doing interior disassembly work something gets scratched or damaged. It made me look good. I will continue to use them every time I have a problem.

02/2026-First thing Friday morning, my car was not registering that my key was in the ignition. The dealer (Mercedes) could not get me in for a diagnosis until the next Tuesday. I spoke with Sam and he got me in that day and had the diagnosis and parts ordered before the day ended. As soon as the parts arrived, they went to work on my car knowing I had a deadline (since my vacation was scheduled) and got me done just in time. Sam dealt with me checking in all the time with understanding. I can't thank the entire team enough for taking care of me.

Terrific experience! I had a brake issue pop up the weekend before Christmas and my usual shop couldn't fit me in until the new year. With an infant regularly in my car, I did not feel good about driving with brakes that weren't 100%. So I started calling around to see if anyone could fit me in. Thursday night I spoke with Sam and told him my situation. He told me if I could do an early morning drop off -' they would do their best to have it done by Tuesday. I got my car dropped off Friday morning, fully expecting to not have it until the next week, but thankful they could fit me in. By midday my inspection was compete and Sam walked me through my options for the work that needed to be done. There were several things that could have used attention but Sam was clear in communicating what was necessary and what should be on my radar for future repairs. I really loved that they texted me the estimate for the full scope of work so I could look it over and then call to confirm the services I wanted completed. It felt very low pressure! Once I approved the work, there was a slight difference in the price of one part ($15 more than expected) and Dennis called to make sure I agreed to the new expense. That kind of consideration was so appreciated! PLUS - they had my car done same day!! As someone who literally was thinking I could be without my car for a week.... Man. What a blessing! An actual Christmas miracle. So to sum up this shop is : flexible, great communicators, hard working, and provide wonderful results. I could tell the difference in my vehicle and its handling so much better. Highly recommend! Especially if you are a car dummy and often intimidated by mechanical things.

Everything about my experience with Jerry was easy. The minute I arrived for my services, they were ready for me, had a car ready for me, and I was on my way in fifteen minutes.
