Of all the body shops we've taken our vehicles to, this shop is by far the best. They have great customer service and the owner did a wonderful job communicating everything we needed to know in terms of the cost, the amount of time it will take to repair our vehicles, and dealing with the insurance. The mechanics also came out and explained what's needed and fixed other minor problems with our vehicles for no additional cost. The owner made us feel very comfortable and gave us assurance. They have helped reduce the stress of having to deal with insurance companies.

We had our limousine vandalized and along with the side mirror being hit. We found Image auto body and gave them a shot. We've had previous experiences with body shops for our limo so we were hesitant. Image is now our go to shop. Not only was the limo done with such professionalism, it looked better than we had it. Excellent service from Phil and his team. We only had to call once and all our questions were answered, even some we had not think to ask. Great team, very courteous. You get a good feeling from just speaking to them. I can vouch, you will be in good hands!

Don’t rent a uhal from this place. Customer service is trash and they don’t provide any info on how to pick up your rental after hours. Had an appointment at 7am. I got an email confirmation saying they would have a van ready but when I pulled up and there were no vans. I called the hotline posted on their door and they said this place isn't equipped for mobile pick up. Waste of time.

What am amazing place! I stopped in one day and met Alan. I told him what all of my hopes and dreams were, and asked him if he could help me accomplish them. There were a few logistic challenges with replacing my front windshield and getting it calibrated, with all the sensors. Alan not only made all my dreams come to fruition, but the price for services was even lower than initially quoted. Alan was a great communicator, and kept me apprised of all steps and any delays. He was completely full-service. He even detailed the interior of my car in addition to washing the outside. What superb service! I've been to lots of body shops, and by far, Image Auto Body has definitely impressed me above all others. Alan deserves a raise and a promotion. I will definitely be back. But hopefully not too soon...

Was recommended this shop to fix my tailgate. Jun was very professional and helpful. Kept me updated every step of the way. After the job was fimished, they detailed the entire truck, outside and inside. This shop treated my truck as if it was their own. The tail gate was replaced along with one of the tail lights. Paint matched up perfectly and I am completely happy with the work they put in. Highly recommend

Had a very positive experience at this auto body shop. Phil is excellent and very professional! Our car got side swiped by a hit and run and Phil made everything so easy for us. Answered all our questions and was very transparent about everything. After the job was finished, the car was also cleaned leaving it spotless looking like a brand new car! THE BEST!! I was stopped at a shopping center a few weeks ago when someone hit my car from the back and ran. My back bumper on my Mustang was dented and loose. I took my car over to Image Auto Body and spoke to Jun. Jun was super kind and helpful and quickly dealt with my insurance provider when they needed an estimate and any details. The front desk was also very nice whenever I called. My car looked amazing when I picked it up. They also washed it, waxed it, and deep cleaned it on the inside. It literally looks better than the day I bought it!! A big thank you to Jun, Alan, Phil, and Ed! You guys rock! (:

As a young woman I get so nervous dealing with car issues, especially when it comes to trying new shops, because I don’t have anyone in my life that knows cars well enough to help out. We had the best experience bringing in our car at Image Auto Body after it got vandalized while parked in front of our house. June was so nice and worked so hard advocating for us after Farmers/Toggle insurance wont cover the calibration of some safety features of our car. This shop does not only make your car looking like brand new but also truly cares about the safety of their customers. Image Auto Body is a top notch Auto Body shop here in the Bay Area. We recently had someone back into our car and cause damage to the rear bumper, the backup camera and the rear liftgate. We took our vehicle over to Phil at Image Auto Body hoping that he could fix the damage. We were not disappointed. They were able to quickly fix our vehicle and repair the damage to pristine like new condition. I can't even find where the damage was. The car looks better now than it has in a long time.
