Brought my vehicle in as JP Auto is a BMW certified collision center location and they took care of anything. Aaron explained the end to end process with the insurance company and the car rental. They did a fantastic job and used oem parts and the process was smooth and straightforward. Aaron was super helpful and even helped took care of something they noticed as well as something I noticed after I had picked up the car and thats what i call exemplary customer service! I recently had my car repaired at JP for damage to the side panel from a hit and run and hood damage caused by a large rock. The process was complicated since it involved two separate claims, and dealing with my insurance company was quite challenging. However, John Jensen patiently guided me through every step and made the entire experience much smoother. In the end, my car was returned to me flawlessly repaired. The team even went above and beyond by taking care of a few additional minor touch-ups. I highly recommend this shop and especially John for his expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding customer service! He also provided valuable advice on a couple of additional repairs that weren’t covered by insurance, helping me make smart decisions that protected both my wallet and my car’s value and safety.

I worked with Aaron Kesler at JP Auto Body for repairs to my BMW. Aaron was great to work with - he was transparent about the insurance claim process and upfront about how JP only uses new parts sourced directly from BMW. He was also able to negotiate with the insurance company to minimize the amount I had to pay in addition to my deductible. To top it all off, my vehicle was ready ahead of schedule and cleaned thoroughly both inside and out. I’ve used this auto body shop twice now, and both experiences have been excellent! The team provided great service from start to finish. My Tesla came back looking perfect, like it was never in an accident and it was spotless inside and out. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, helping me handle the insurance claim, arranging a rental car, and even assisting with a rental extension when repairs took a bit longer. Long story short, JP Auto Body shop is awesome! I highly recommend them. Aaron Kesler provided me incredible customer service. Aaron is a skill and proactive communicator. I really enjoyed interacting and talking with him. Aaron helped me find ways to get only OEM parts for my 2-month old 2025 Rav4 and he listen to all my concerns. The team went beyond the line of duty to get my front sensors properly calibrated and even got the whole work validated by Toyota as a triple check. The technical team did an incredible job on my 2025 RAV4. I attached a few pictures. The front of my RAV4 was devastated after a collision at 65+ miles per hours with a “ninja” deer that came out of the woods at top speed. After the repairs my car looks and feels like new. I have been driving my car for a few days now and so far I am impressed with the work. I am very thankful to have found a honest auto body shop like JP. Thanks again to Aaron K. and the rest of the JP technical team!

Today I picked up my 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid. The front of my car had previously been severely damaged. Peter was the one who handled and arranged the entire repair process for me. He was extremely helpful and very patient in explaining all the details. He also communicated with me multiple times over the phone to discuss related matters and made sure I received the best possible service. I’m truly very grateful to Peter. I would also like to thank Bryan. During the repair process, he corresponded with me by email to ensure everything went smoothly. When I picked up the car today, he patiently explained the post-repair details as well. They even helped me install the windshield wipers that I brought myself at no extra charge. Lastly, I want to thank the technicians who worked on repairing my car. I sincerely appreciate everyone’s effort. This is a truly excellent auto repair shop. He went out of his way to call me and check in to give me updates on my car during the month it was in the shop.
