I'stoped at this place to see if they have any tired for my truck..one of the gentleman's didn't even bother to look at my truck and with this tone of voice he said I don't have anything...to me it's like they didn't wanna help me because I'm latino? oh well iguess latinos are not supposed to drive nice cars? and by the way I'm a united state army veteran....

Called on the phone and discussed a cupping for a reasonable price. Arrive next morning and he says no cupping on credit. Cash only for the cupping! Wish I was told this on the phone before I showed up. Will not be back and will not give business as customer service is horrible

I asked over the phone if they had a specific tire in stock and without skipping a beat they told me "yeah we have tires". It's a tire shop, I would assume you have tires here, but do you have the one I need? Ended up going somewhere else.

Quick and reasonable, but they talked me into buying wheels that were lower-performing, less safe, and more expensive than what I could have gotten. Also, the dealership that referred me to them was severely delayed because these guys incorrectly told them no other wheels were available for my car.

Seriously my favorite two men Steve and Dave (the owners) are such sweethearts and knowledgeable of everything tires. If you want to get treated with some old fashion respect and enjoy their classic decorations at the shop, this is the place for you. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Etremely qualified tire specialists with years of experience working in a well maintained shop with the best quality tires. Trust me, it sounds cheesy but I went to one shop before this when I was in a really bad pinch. Front tires had maybe 10 miles of tread left, and I was 65 miles from home. The first shop I tried literally wanted to charge me for the tools they were going to use just to remove the tires!! Thy charged a bunch of small fees that Dave at Andy’s was gobsmacked by the pure corruption this shop was inflicting on people. They wanted $350 for 2 tires. What the F@%#!!! The guys at Andy’s took care of me and made me feel confident about their services. I don’t give 5 stars but they deserve it. Will he returning if I’m near by.

This is a great shop. My family has been coming to Andy's for years now and their service is always top-notch! The guys know their stuff and have access to a wide range of brands to fit all needs/budgets. I ran my tires ragged and needed an inexpensive set before returning my lease. I called Steve in the AM and he got me the tires before 2pm. I went in and was out in under 30 mins. Thanks guys!

Called to ask for a quote to mount 4 new tires to rims, was given a price I was happy with so I dropped off the materials. When I arrived to pay he told me “cash only” I replied “why not tell me that before so I could bring cash with me” he shrugged his shoulders and replied “sorry, there’s an atm down the road….” Overall very bad unprofessional experience. After reading through previous comments you can see he has pulled this type of thing off multiple times. Honest opinion… AVOID!

These guys are the best. I've been going to them for 20 years. They attend to you right away. Very professional. No 3 hour waits. Had my tires done while I waited. Fast and clean work. No rim scratches ( like the big corporations do). Highly recommended.

On 12/30/2022, I found this place because the closest one had a waiting list, so I googled it. My car had been detected a low-pressure tire. From the beginning, the older man is rude. He expressed that he did not understand me (I felt that because I was Latino, he did not want to attend to me). He took the wheel inside and made arrangements that he had never explained. I paid the price he indicated. 4 hours later. I was on Route 1 with a flat tire. I couldn't park immediately. I went to a real tire dealer, the tire shredded, and since it's a four-wheel drive car, I had to replace all four wheels. The conclusion is that a business attended by a rude person, obviously lousy customer service, but worse, he does not even know how to deflate a wheel, which is the only thing he is supposed to know. Do not go there! Wait for the waiting list of any other site and save money!

Came here once with a flat tire and I'm not sure if he was the owner or the mechanic he approached me and ask if I spoke Ingles and if my tire no good ? I was stunned for a moment and replied I speak english I'm from the Bay Area it's the language we speak. He then shifted and ignored my tire and said we don't have a tire for your car and walked out. He could have just said so without the nasty profiling jeeezz 🙄.
