Took an auto emergency and helped us get back on the road. Reasonably priced, quick, and clean work.

I was Steven customer before, he is such a Character, he prefers to do easy jobs instead of complicated ones, he doesn't like to give invoices when I ask for one, he told me if you want invoices don't come here again, also in oil changes he likes to overfill the engine with oil, he thinks is better that way even when the owners manual states keep the oil level between the upper and lower marks.

Steven is honest and doesn’t want to do work that’s not necessary. He is like Scotty Kilmer and loves Toyotas and Hondas .

Unfortunately didn’t have a positive experience. Went here for a quote but for budget reasons I said I’d have to go with someone else. He got upset and said I’d wasted his time. Sorry that he saw it that way, it’s not personal. I genuinely was interested in getting the work done here but was limited by my own budget. His quote seemed reasonable otherwise. Best of luck anyways.

I have Steven as my mechanics for my Honda Element since 2015. Steven is honest and professional. He also explained very well what service is needed or not needed to maintain your vehicles running. I totally trusted his advice which saved me a lot of bucks and held my car in great shape. Unlike many other autoshops, he won't sell you extra service despite he may lose money on that. More preciously, he warned me of the catalytic converter thefts way back in 2018. His warning was helpful until recently the thefts caught me. I got to sell my car and bought a new car. I will be missing Steven's great advice from now on. Steven is a great mechanic. I am definitely giving him 5-stars thumb-up.

About 4 years ago, I had Steven work on my Honda for the first time. He repaired my muffler and later helped with spark plugs, eventually replacing the clutch. After the clutch job, the car didn’t feel quite right—but I assumed that was just how it was supposed to feel. I don’t drive my car often—less than 3,000 miles a year—so I let it go. Later, I took the car to a different mechanic for an engine leak, and he told me, “Whoever did your clutch really messed it up. You should ask for a refund.” At the time, I didn’t want to believe it and brushed off the comment. Since then, whenever I brought the car back to Steven, he’d tell me to “just sell it,” and eventually he didn’t want to work on it at all. Now I understand why. Last month, I had him replace the slave clutch and bleed the system before a vacation. I drove it home and it seemed okay, but a few weeks later, shifting into 1st or 3rd gear got really tough and crunchy. When I called Steven, thinking he’d want to stand by his work, he simply said, “Not my problem,” and blamed it on previous issues—ironically, work he had done himself. After some research, I found out that bleeding the clutch on a Honda can be tricky, and even a tiny air bubble can cause major issues. I gave him two chances to fix it, but he refused. Looking back, I suspect the clutch may not have even needed replacing—the issue might’ve just been the master cylinder. Now, I’m taking it to another mechanic to clean up Steven’s sloppy work. If you’re considering Steven for repairs—don’t. He doesn’t thoroughly test his repairs, doesn’t warranty his work, and the state of his shop reflects the carelessness and sloppy work I experienced. I trusted him, paid him a lot of money before my trip, and ended up regretting it. Sorry, Steven. If it’s “not your problem,” then recommending you is no longer mine. Good day!
