The owner, Joe is a very nice person. Having my car repaired did take a few days to get it back but the work was done well enough for me to be able to tell the difference in the way my car ran. The only setback is that he only accepts cash. Would some car repairs that could be a problem if you don't have a tremendous amount of money. Outside of that I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for car repairs.

Joe is a kind, honest man, and that can be hard to find as a mechanic. My cars repairs would be really high and I didn’t want to sink more money into my car. My daughter was bummed because I was going to get it ready for her to take back to college as her first car, but we had to decide to sell it. Joe was genuinely compassionate to my situation and offered to try and find me a buyer. He did so and tried to get me the best offer he could. I appreciate all he did, especially since he had nothing to gain. When we are able to purchase a car for my daughter, we’ll definitively take it to Joe for service. Thanks Joe! Kristin 🙏

I had the opportunity to talk with Joe for about 30 minutes. I actually was not in there as a customer more to talk about business and I’m a very good judge of character and he is an amazing person. Very educated very caring about his community. I think it’s very hard these days to find somebody with that kind of character. I’m not from this community. I moved to Daly City about 5 years ago, and it has been very hard to find a good, reliable and honest mechanic nearby. I can’t believe it took me 5 years to find Joe. I stumbled upon Auto Exotics through a google search regarding my sunroof. I own a 1996 Toyota 4 Runner so it’s not always easy to find a shop to work on older cars. First time I met Joe, he was very friendly and honest about the pricing before my car was even worked on. I wasn’t in a rush that day, so I stayed and talked with him a little. He told me about his business and his customers, and I told him about my life and health struggles. I’m a very good judge of character, and I knew from that day, that Joe would take care of me and my car. Joe’s customer service was beyond amazing. I have never met a mechanic that cares this much about his customers, and he’s great. He made me feel welcome and comfortable leaving my car in his hands for the week. I owe him and his team a lot for taking care of my car’s needs. I know that I can trust Joe, and I hope that his business thrives because they deserves it!
