I took my truck in here after it got damaged in an accident, the suspension was messed up, paint and body work was needed etc. I was referred here by an old employer who does work with them and they treated me with three most care for my situation and my vehicle, the got all parts FAST and the work we done in a timely manner considering how many cars they had in the shop. All employees were hard at work on something, it was nice to see people working with purpose and pride in their work.. Overall satisfied worth the workmanship and care taken to get my truck back to normal again. 10/10 would use their services again

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this shop. I was quoted one price for the service, and halfway through the job I was told the cost had suddenly increased. There was no clear explanation upfront that the price might change, and I felt pressured to approve the additional charges since the work was already in progress. Communication throughout the process was poor. It was difficult to get straight answers, timelines kept shifting, and the shop felt disorganized. When I went to pick up my vehicle, things didn’t appear well managed, and the overall experience left me feeling uneasy about the professionalism of the operation. Transparency and organization are essential when trusting someone with your vehicle. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and confirming final pricing before authorizing any work.
