I recently bought a used car that had a really foul smell, so I reached out to Steven about his odor removal service using an ozone generator. Our 2022 Honda Passport was in need of a serious makeover inside and out. For years we had a certain detailer that was our go to company. When he went out of business we didn't know who could take his place. Then, through an online review, we decided to call Steven at Immaculate Detailing. He had an opening the next week and we agreed to use his service. He came to our house on time, explained what he planned to do. He asked us about any problem area and we mentioned some light scratches. Steven knows what he's doing. The car looks better than new. My wife and I were very pleased. He took the time to point out problem areas and the steps he took to remediate the issues. He brings his own water and power and uses the best cleaning products. I highly recommend Immaculate Detailing. We will certainly keep them in our contact list.

5/5 outstanding service and attention to detail. Very well priced compared to others. (I checked) I had a guy before hiring this person, but my old detailer moved away so I needed someone new. Scheduled Steven to come out and do a gold package detailing on my fiance's Honda CRV. He was very flexible in scheduling and kept me updated on when he would arrive. Came with all the stuff that he needed his own water and power and did an amazing job. When I asked him how he did when they were wrapping up he said it looks like a brand new car and boy he wasn't lying. Excellent job. Will definitely be using Steven again

I had a milk stain on the rear seat and water stains on the passenger side that I thought were permanent, but he completely saved it. The interior looks brand new and it smells so fresh! I wanted to have the inside of my car detailed before our baby arrives in a few weeks. Steven was quick to respond to my message and had availability within the week! He came to my house with everything he needed to complete the job in the back of his truck. There was years worth of dog hair and slobber on the seats and doors. He took his time and the attention to detail was incredible. My car is 11 years old and looks brand new. Also, his prices are great! I will definitely use Immaculate detailing again and recommend them to all of my friends. Thank you again Steven! Update! 8/18 OZONE MACHINE! I sold the 4Runner for top dollar thanks to Steven’s detailing job. I bought a minivan that it turns out someone smoked in. The dealership did a great job of masking the smell until I got home. Steven got me in quickly and steamed and extracted the fabric on the ceiling to get the smell out. He even came back another day with his new ozone machine which got the smoke smell out of the car completely! I literally cannot recommend Immaculate Detailing enough!

Steven did an excellent job! I reached out to him on a Sunday morning and he showed up Sunday after church! Not only did he come on a short notice but he did an excellent job. I just needed him to clean some 2009 rims that looked as if the previous owner never cleaned them. He took on the task and even though the rims were in bad shape, Steven made them look 100% better. Highly recommend!!!
