My daughter just purchased a tire from these guys . The tire was no good and once she return the bad tire ... Samuel gonna tell her that it’s a $ 10 labor charge for replacing the bad tire that he SOLD her. Once I questioned the fee he tells me to contact the boss. No explanation! If that’s the policy it needs to be addressed before someone buy a tire from you!

I was rushed off the phone when asking an inquiry about the price of used tires. It was very rude and turned me off to even give them my money. I get being super busy, but being rude to customers that are giving you money isn’t professional at all. Don’t plan on going there it was going to be my first time, too.

Tried to call and get an estimate for tires and the guy HUNG UP when I didn’t hear what he said. I tried calling back to speak to a manager and he hung up again. VERY unprofessional and I will never do business with them. ZERO STARS!!!!!

Shredded the tire on my Infiniti backing up too close to a curb over the weekend. Smh! This place was awesome! It's not Discount Tire so dont look for that sort of ambience but they get the job done efficiently. They were able to actually match the replacement tire as the same brand and type that was already on my car. Unbelievable...and for the price, absolutely cannot beat it!

First of all I got my tire replaced by them in march. about a month later 3 of my lugs fell off. I bought more, but those keep loosening up. Come to find out, now 2 of my lug bolts are stripped and I was told that the cause was whoever put the tire on. I called to speak with a manager and as soon as ai started talking I got hung up on. I’m trying to call back but my calls are being declined. Very unprofessional, and cheap for a reason.

I'm a customer for life!! These guys are quick, friendly and always helpful! I had to put air in my tires. One of the guys spotted out that I had a nail in my rear tire. He was able to plug it without taking the tire off. The cost was affordable and there convenient.

Bought a couple tires from them and 1 month later we have a uncontrollable shaking in our car and we look at the tire and we see this (pictured). Very dangerous and I’m thankful God protected my family.

They are awesome JOSE is a very nice and polite man who if anything goes wrong or if they make a mistake he fixes it and his prices are amazing ($30), and his staff are nice. Stop by there today drive a 2006 Cadillac CTS with 24inch wheels and he always has that size for $30 other places will have the same tire and say I have to buy new for $150 to $250. Biiiiiiiiig difference right
