I would highly recommend! My car was returned to me looking brand new and the communication was great from the team with updates. I was a little worried about how the paint would look since it’s a limited edition Toyota color, but it looks perfect. It did take about a week longer than expected, but I was out of the country so it was no problem. Overall, I’m very happy with my repairs and experience here!

A Very friendly place. I went to another car repair place and they were so rude. So my insurance allowed me to go to caliber. From start to finish they were so understanding and helpful and knowledgeable. They took my car in the same day. They had a finish date of 6/6/25. The car was ready by 5/20/25. It was that fast and easy. When I looked at my car it looked like no accident happened. It was like a magic trick was done. Even my friends couldn’t tell it was in an accident. They cleaned and vacuumed the car. So it looked gorgeous. So happy I went to caliber! Would highly recommend caliber!

I do not recommend this shop. Since dropping off my car, my experience has been negative at every step. The employee who inspected my car asked inappropriate questions. The receptionist was dismissive and rude when I explained I wouldn’t be able to pick up right away due to my work schedule, saying, “I guess if you can’t get here fine, but we don’t really have room.” When I finally picked up my car, the windshield wipers no longer worked and the driver’s side armrest was broken — issues that were not present before. When I pointed out these problems, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. For a business that’s supposed to be repairing cars, returning one in worse condition than it was dropped off, with poor customer service throughout, is unacceptable.
