As others have said Tuffy and Christina (and crew) are amazing! Thankfully I've only had to bring my car here a couple times over the past year but it feels like I've been coming there for much longer. Not only are they friendly but patient and thorough when explaining the type of work that needs or was performed. Seriously fantastic people and quality work!!!

10/10 they are on point my car was overheating and steaming - fixed it in no time back on the road. Also the owner is an amazing person We need to keep these people around! We are lucky to have such a good establishment in our vicinity. My heart is so happy that I was led to this shop! Tuffy, Christina, and Stevie were all wonderful to work with. It was such a pleasure to be in a shop that was filled with joy and led by faith. I came for an oil change on my Subaru to get a feel for the place, and the service was so excellent that I'm returning next week for my alignment. I feel blessed to have Tuffy and Christina's business right here around the corner from my home and am kicking myself for taking this long to check them out! P.S. They fill propane gas cans for half the price of Lowes!

I absolutely love Victory Auto. Mr. Tuffy and Mrs. Kristina run the place with their talented sons Gene and Sean. The customer service has been incredible each time I’ve visited. They’re all generous with their info and recommendations and are upfront about pricing. When I first visited, I needed a LOT of work done on my 2015 Kia Optima, including an oil valve cover gasket replacement, cabin filter change, spark plugs, oil change, rear brakes and rotors, and a serpentine belt. They gave me an opportunity to review the quote and talk it through before I committed to the repairs. I’ve been satisfied with their work and my car seems happy. I visited Victory Auto again when a Sam’s Xpress Car Wash in Raleigh knocked off my shark fin antenna cover. Gene and Sean took care of it right away and saved me hundreds of dollars in parts and labor. Victory Auto is an excellent Black/family-owned auto shop that’s worth your support and patronage. Go see em!

To the owner: Do not call me again. I will only speak to you via email or other forms of written communication. Customers beware. Owners are angry people who don't know how to communicate. They're quick to blow up at you. I had $11k of repairs done here and they didn't complete, said they would let me know when they could finish, and then never got back to me, never responded to emails, never answered my calls. They are now refusing to complete the work.

Very trustworthy, fast service and great ownership - highly recommend! Called after closing hours and left voicemail that I was dropping car off in evening (utilized their key drop-off box) and hoping to get an early NC state inspection. They promptly sent a text saying they received my voicemail and they were able schedule my inspection early in the morning. Received confirmation when it was done the next day and no issues! Very friendly and kind owners, you can tell this is a well-run establishment and I will come back for future services. Really appreciate their efficiency and can confirm that they don’t try to sell extra unnecessary maintenance items. Thanks for making this so seamless!!

Hello im Ms Sloan … so precison tune told me I needed a new engine and I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Victory Auto Service Center they diagnostic it come to find out all I needed was a complete full tuneup which includes ignite coil , spark plus spark wires and flushing of fluids Now my car runs as smooth as brand new and I want to thank them they have a loyal customer in me anyone who having car problems should come here they the best and I have no problems with my vehicle come check em out reasonable prices as well S Miami Blvd next to bp Any single woman’s out here thinking they getting played by mechanics Need to come here they greet with a smile kind and friendly won’t play you over But his parts they have warranty on them .

Tried to hustle me out of $$$$$$. I called for a quote which they would not provide. They wanted to charge me for a diagnostic. They refused to give me the quote but instead ask had someone looked at the car already. As a woman I know the scans so I refused to share I did have that done but stated I understood the risk of not knowing if something else may be a concern. I informed him other places provided quotes. The owner told me take the car to the other places and trust them. I ended the call stating, enjoy your day and be blessed. He did not know I was considering the shop as my primary location for repairs because he was the closest to me. Customer service can make a big difference. Thousand of dollars they just lost because in addition I needed extensive work on my front end. Crazy thing is they provided a quote a few months back but I didn't remember it. The other places will welcome my thousands of $$$$$$$. As stated before be blessed and work towards trying to uphold the victorious name because you are falling quite short. Have a blessed one!!!
