DO NOT GO HERE. TOTAL CON. First they did not give us a choice between OEM and aftermarket parts, in our case the aftermarket is actually better quality made of aluminum and cheaper, vs oem is plastic. Second they charged us $550 for an OEM throttle body for our Mini when the OEM part actually costs $170. So they lied. When we called them on it they insisted it was because they only buy OEM and its just better but that is another lie. OEM COSTS HALF WHAT THEY CHARGED US. So basically expect to be lied to and conned. ***This is only what we can prove for a fact. Were we overcharged elsewhere too??? No way to know.***

I called this establishment , inquiring about upgrading the transmission on my car. They told me " We don't want to get involved, it may require a lot of modification." I asked if I could bring my vehicle by so they could know for sure, they told me no. I know I don't feel comfortable taking my car to a place that is not confident in their abilities as a transmission shop. Buyer beware!

I have been going to this shop for years with all of my cars. I love that even though I have moved out of state and can no longer take my cars in to them I can call them and they help me out over the phone and solve my car problems. Scott, Hugo and Turi are the best mechanics I know.

These guys didn’t even try to work on my car. It’s a simple timing issue that I couldn’t detect and thought I could bring it to certified technicians to work on it. But because their “machine” wasn’t working suddenly, they couldn’t look into it. All they really had to do was to check the spark/timing issue where you don’t need a machine to look into. I took my car elsewhere and they throughly checked it out and actually tried to really help me instead of being lazy about it. This place was happy to take your car in knowing they might get business, but as soon as they can’t work on it, they’re unfriendly...

I came here unsure what the issue with my vehicle was and it turned out to be an issue from a previous catalytic converter replacement. Although Imperial could not repair the issue there (requires a muffler shop) they inspected my car and explained the issue to me free of charge. Highly recommend!

Brought my Honda here after a sudden onset of strange issues, primarily overnight battery drain from a newer battery. It did take a few visits to narrow down the issue but Scott, Hugo, and team was patient and worked around my schedule, accommodating me while I traveled out of town. Was very fair and inexpensive in pricing and didn't charge me any extra to leave the car in their hands for several days to work through the issue. Will return in the future.

Scott and Hugo are the best. I was going out of town last week and realized my A/C wasn’t kicking as it should. Since I was going to Vegas, in a heatwave I was worried. Best flippin prices around and a real person to person honest assessment and explanation of what your car needs and doesnt need. Every other shop was quoting me between 1100 and 2000 for an axle replacement and imperial was able to help me out and replace my cv boot only since the axle was still actually good and did it for 500. Thank you Imperial for helping me out in a tough time and for being honest with me about what was needed to fix my car.
