I had an extremely frustrating and dishonest experience trying to sell my Lexus IS F at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore West Covina. Over the phone, their appraisal guy quoted me $23,000. The sales manager, Valerie, strongly insisted I bring the car in for an in-person appraisal, repeatedly promising that they would “definitely” give a better offer once they saw the vehicle themselves. She made it sound like the phone quote was low and that an on-site evaluation would result in a significantly higher number. Trusting her, I made the drive over and wasted my time at the dealership. After the in-person appraisal—which was performed by the exact same person who gave me the $23,000 quote over the phone—they refused to budge from that same lowball amount. No improvement whatsoever. It became clear that Valerie’s insistence on bringing the car in was just a tactic to lure me there under false pretenses. For comparison, I immediately took the car to Lexus Crown Ontario, where they offered me $30,000—a full $7,000 more—without any games or pressure. (I later saw it listed for around $39,900, which highlights how undervalued Norm Reeves’ offer really was.) This felt like straight-up misleading behavior from Valerie and the team. They wasted my time, gas, and trust with empty promises. If you’re considering selling or trading in a premium vehicle like a Lexus here, skip Norm Reeves Honda Superstore West Covina entirely—go somewhere that values honesty and fair dealings. I won’t return and can’t recommend them. 1/5 stars. Extremely disappointed.

I used the online portal to purchase my son's Honda Civic Sport Hybrid. I got a call from Kunaal internet sales manager and he helped close the deal for a smooth process. One of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had due to my compassionate, noble, and honest salesman Mr. Richard Kassing! Not only was he knowledgeable of the vehicle i wanted to purchase but he made sure the whole process was as smooth as it could possibly be! He was very patient and understanding of my current situation at the time and basically made the impossible become possible. Awesome customer service skills and great communicator with a great personality. I'm grateful to have crossed paths with him. Was looking for a Civic Hybrid for weeks. Went through many of frustrating things with other dealerships. One night when I thought hope was lost, I saw the one I wanted at West Covina Norm Reeves. Called them, Randy picked up, confirmed the vehicle, in addition to all my other requests. The next day he had the GM, Oscar Rivas reach out to me. We figured out something that would work, and he reassured me our agreement will be honored. I was hesitant because of the distant and my situation. I came in the next morning. Everything was smooth, as promised. Randy knows a lot about the Civics and Honda, very professional (not everyone will know their product like this). Test drove the car. Loved it. Ready to sign. Went to finance, worked Jayden, also very professional. Was patient and understanding, able to explain various items and products to me clearly. * First, a big shout out to Nuor who made our experience seamless and efficient!! She went above and beyond to notify us the moment the car we wanted was available (we had very specific needs). She is knowledgeable and patient - do not hesitate to work with her specifically. Hands down the best Honda dealership with the most competitive pricing. We tracked and shopped for the vehicle we wanted for weeks and they had the best price. My husband and I have been to this dealership 3 times now - once to shop, once to lease our vehicles, and just recently, for me to purchase a vehicle. They never made us feel rushed nor pressure us into a purchase. We've had a fantastic experience every time. Every staff member and salesperson is friendly and accommodating which is refreshing after having visited other dealerships in the area with extremely poor attitudes. From the front desk, to the salespeople, the managers, and finance people, you will have a great experience. On top of that, the beverage bar is always clean and well stocked with water, tea and coffee. Awesome vibes all around.

In September, my family purchased an SUV at the Honda dealership in West Covina. We applied for an auto loan at that time and linked our bank account for automatic payments. However, several times in a row, the Honda Financial website showed that our payment had been “successfully received,” only for us to be notified a few days later that the payment had actually “failed.” This cycle of showing “successful” and then “failed” happened three times and resulted in our account being marked as overdue. We went to our bank to investigate, and the bank confirmed that the issue was not on their end. We then visited the Honda dealership. The front desk staff were very friendly, but the finance department staff were extremely unhelpful. During our first visit, the person who appeared to be a manager simply logged into the system, checked the records, and told us, “Your payments are complete. Don’t worry.” But three days after we returned home, we again received a notice stating that our payment was overdue, along with a late fee of dozens of dollars. Over the past few days, we have repeatedly called Honda Financial’s customer service line, but every call is met with an automated system, and it is completely impossible to reach a live representative. Honda Financial’s service is absolutely a joke. Today, we arrived at the Honda West Covina dealership at 10:00 AM. It is now 12:30 PM, and the manager responsible for handling auto loan issues still has not shown up.

I had such an excellent experience with Jason Fang at Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina. I was in the car business for 8 years myself, and this man made the car buying experience seamless. My 19 year old son was looking to finance his first car on his own. Jason took the time to make it an amazing experience for him. He never discouraged my son or made him feel like it wasn't something he could do himself. Some sales people really dont give a young, first time buyer the time of day, let alone go above an beyond to ensure they have a world class experience in purchasing a vehicle.
