I brought my car in and told them it wasn't starting. All they did was replace the battery. Two weeks later, my car won't start and I tow it to the service center at 8 am. They then tell me in the afternoon that it won't be fixed until the next morning. Brian was impatient when we were paying almost $800 on top of the $250 we paid two weeks ago for a service that did not fix my issue. Extremely upset about the inconvenience this caused me when it should have been diagnosed and fixed the first time I came.

Do not go here to buy or service your car. Every time I have given this Honda a chance to help me with buying a car or servicing a car they have always given me attitude, bad manners, and quoted me higher prices than other Honda centers. I prefer the Sierra of Honda Monrovia they have always given me full explanations, good customer service, and fair prices.

Came to get a car part replacement for free per the phone representative. Arrived, was told est 4 hours wait time. 5 hours later, still not done. 1 hour prior, sent a text to ask for any updates, no response. Sent another text just 9 min ago, no response (51 min gap from first text). First time here to have car for service, very disappointed. I should've went to the Honda dealer where I bought the car from. 24 min since my last text message, still no reply.

I've gone to Honda service Nationwide, and all of them never left the AC with max level on after cabin filter tests except for this one. The mechanics always did this with very poor attitude.

If you're looking for a good suv, the Honda passport is the way to go. This is the greatest Honda dealership around. It's in West Covina, California. You need to talk to George in Sales or Ryan or Manuel in sales.

Had an amazing experience at the service department! Manny Montoya was fantastic, keeping me entertained despite the technical issues. Gabriel Ping's smile is always a highlight. I've been a loyal customer since 2011, and I've followed them wherever they go. I'll admit, I drive from Moval they're authentic and make you feel right at home. Service can be intimidating for any female, but they made it seamless. Ha
