I have had my light maintenance performed on 2 of my cars here several times and have had excellent visits every time. Jorge has been an excellent advisor. Professional and kind. Estimated completion times are accurate, and I don't feel like I am being haggled or pressured. Jorge genuinely is there to provide good service. On my most recent visit, I had picked up a nail in my tire. I felt it was a 50/50 shot it could be repaired. Jorge took a look at it, and immediately decided to inspect further to confirm if the tire could be repaired or not. Most places would have just attempted to sell me a tire. His integrity and professionalism alone already got my approval to replace the tire. When the time came where I received confirmation the tire could not be repaired, my approval to replace the tire was already decided. Very happy here thanks to Jorge. Literally come here thanks to this gentleman. Keep up the amazing work!

I visited this Pep Boys on May 19 to replace all four brake pads and have the rotors resurfaced. After the service, I started hearing a high-pitched noise when turning the steering wheel and pressing the brake at the same time. On May 31, I was told that both front and rear rotors were too thin and needed replacement. But if the rotors were too thin on May 31, why did they resurface the rotors on May 19? I mentioned the noise seemed to come from the front only, but they said both front and rear rotors made noise and needed replacement. I waited over 4 hours that day. On June 1 in the afternoon, I went again but was told they had no time and needed to come back the next morning. On June 2 at 8:00am, I returned. The service manager and technicians found the noise was caused by a small metal clip on the front brake pads installed on May 19. They worked hard that morning to fix it, even getting parts from the dealer. The issue was finally resolved around 10:30am. While I appreciate their help on June 2, I am frustrated that I had to visit three times, spend many hours waiting, and possibly paid for unnecessary rotor replacements. I hope Pep Boys improves their inspection and part matching to avoid wasting customers’ time and money.

I’m a lead fleet maintenance worker for a third party contracted by Amazon at the DAX 5 station and we have been bringing our fleet Vehicles to this location for the past 3 years for tires, oil changes, tire rotations and brakes. Jorge, Mike, and Robert have been helping our company by getting our vans road ready, with great communication and spotting issues on their inspections. Horrible customer service. Took car in to get two new tires and immediately after left the tire pressure sensor fault came on, never had this issue before, replaced my tires many times at Firestone and no issues ever. Very rude on phone call and immediately told me they were going to charge me for the issue instead of insuring me they would check it out no charge. Let’s just say I’ll be going back to Firestone from now on. I wouldn’t recommend taking your car to this Pepboys location.

Waste of my time and a drive they said this was too big for repairs and the tires to warn down, I told them I just need tire with air so I can move vehicle and sell the vehicle, they didn’t want to bother patching it, I recommend you going to La Puente Auto Service on hacienda blvd and fairgrove. They patched my tire no problems with great service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Manager Robert today and there was an issue pulling up my lifetime warranty on my car. Robert called around and still couldnt locate my warranty. I had to get this done so I told Robert I will just pay and try to contact Pep Boys corporate to find the warranty. When I went to pay Robert let me know he would honor it eventhough he couldnt find it. Robert, thank you for the amazing customer service today, I really appreciate you!

Don't come to this store for Uber vehicle inspection at all. It was an extremely terrifying experience. I'm an Uber driver. This is my first time going to this store for a vehicle inspection. They took the car away, conducted numerous checks, and then asked me to purchase their products. The price was three times higher than other places. If you want to cancel the inspection, sorry, you have to give them 40 dollars as a penalty. I drove to another store and got the certificate in just 10 minutes. Because my car is very new, there's no need to replace any parts. If replacement is necessary, I can buy very cheap accessories myself. Please don't go to this store. You will lose a lot of money and the attitude is very bad.

Never conduct Uber vehicle inspections here. It's a nightmare experience. They will thoroughly examine your car and then recommend that you replace their parts, which cost 3-4 times the market price. If you don't agree, you have to pay them $40, but you won't get anything in return. Go somewhere else. Not recommended. Don't lose your money. Your money is the result of your hard work. Don't give it away for free. It's a scam. Never go there.

If you are an Uber driver and want to quickly obtain your vehicle inspection report, don't come here. This is a scam. They will open your car, delay the process, and recommend accessories to you that are 4 times more expensive than the market price. And if you cancel the order, they will charge you $40. I wasted 2 hours and $40. I was really furious. Instead, I went to other stores. From entering the store to getting the certificate, it only took me 10 minutes. And my car is very new, so it doesn't need a full vehicle inspection. The photos are the qualified certificates given to me by other stores. Speed, efficiency. Never come here.

I brought my car in. 1. They didnt even know where the battery compartment was 2. My car is always dying and they didnt know how to troubleshoot. 3. Tech was nice and convincing. Now I have to get a tow. My car is a 2020 Hybrid. Not like state of the art newest in the world. Now my car battery died in my garage when they could have replaced it.
