I recently purchased a Vehicle and Mercedes Benz. I took my car in because it had a couple of things that needed to be fixed. My Service Advisor was Raid. He handled everything to perfection, when I arrived to the service department to drop of my vehicle, he already had a loaner car ready for me. I did not have to struggle at all. Im very pleased with how I was treated. He gave me an estimated time of how long it would take for the car to be ready and that is how it went. I definitely recommend asking for Raid when ever someone takes their car in for service. He will provided you with exceptional care and make sure your car gets fixed immediately, Thank you Raid for everything.

To future people or existing people thinking about trying Mercedes-Benz of West Covina. I would give them a 10 stars if possible. From the ease of setting an appointment. Thank you Daniela and my Service rep (MJ) Jorge Colin Kuri.From setting my appointment . Once arriving, he was a bit busy but came outside and greeted me , helped me with my tire replacement with no pushback. My time was but tight he was able to work with me which I understand that shop can be busy and also they have other vehicles in the shop. They provided with transportation, and informed me once my vehicle was completed. Once I picked up they wash and vacuumed the inside which I truly appreciated it.Once again come ask for Jorge Colin Kuri. He a busy man but will make time for you.

Love this place and I'm glad I got a car here. Lex Moore is a fantastic salesman, and I would recommend anybody to him. Update: I love getting my car serviced here and they washed it inside and out as well. My car always runs a lot better with no issues. They are a bit more expensive but getting it serviced from the dealership is the best way and they keep records in case you want to sell it later. Anything else such as brakes, motor mounts or tires, are pretty comparable. Plus they have a financing for car repairs.

Love the service at Mercedes-Benz of West Covina. Don't be afraid of them being more expensive. I was able to beat the local tire companies as Mercedes gave me the best price. Plus I got a loaner car for free in the meantime!

I went to their location for warranty repair today, only because it is close to where I work. I have not got my car back yet. But I will not go there in my life. I was given a terrible Toyota car as loaner from their onsite rental. Wait/What? They don't have loaners!!! The car is terrible that the infotainment screen is not usable. What's more, the rental lady told me to fill the tank full when I bring the car back. This is what you get from MB West Covina for Warranty Repair Service. I will not go back again. You can go to try on your own risk.

This was a very disappointing experience. The service did not meet even basic expectations, and what was communicated beforehand did not align with the actual experience. For a dealership representing a premium brand, the level of professionalism and customer care was far below standard. Overall, the experience felt unorganized and poorly handled. I would not recommend this dealership and would suggest considering other Mercedes-Benz locations instead.

Beware!!!! The rental service here is extremely horrible. Because you trust the dealer, so the rental service takes the advantage of your trust . They don’t guide you to check the car like the regular rental car service does . When you return the car , they point out something which you NEVER did and charge your credit card without your permission , guess this is the way they make money! Because of the HORRIBLE rental car service here, I am no longer coming back to this location where I haven been many times.

I had an awful experience with the service department at Mercedes-Benz of West Covina and will not be returning. A few months ago, I took my car in for some work, and they found a leak in one of the hoses connected to the radiator. Fast forward to a few days ago—I brought the car back for a simple oil change, and afterward, my hood wouldn’t open. I took it back since they were the last ones who had worked on my car. When I spoke to John at the service desk, he initially told me not to worry and that the issue would probably be covered under my warranty. I explained that they were the last ones to open my hood or work on my car. Later, I was told the hood cable had been unhooked from the latch—and somehow now I’m being charged an inspection fee of $308.95 for something they clearly caused in the first place. To make things worse, it didn’t seem like they even tried to process it under my warranty, despite John saying it should cover malfunctioning parts. Everything felt rushed and dismissive. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and poor customer service. I expected much better from Mercedes-Benz, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with the warranty service I received for my Mercedes. When you purchase a luxury vehicle, you expect the dealership to stand behind their product and honor the warranty with professionalism and care. Unfortunately, that has not been the case here. The service department consistently fails to properly address the issues with my vehicle, even though they are covered under warranty. Instead of fixing the problem the first time, I’m asked to bring my car back repeatedly, wasting my time and leaving me without a reliable vehicle. It feels like they are more focused on pushing me out the door than actually resolving the concerns I have. A warranty should give peace of mind, but dealing with this service department has only created stress and frustration. Mercedes claims to represent quality and reliability, but this dealership’s service team does not reflect that standard at all.

I came in for car service because my car needed a checkup at this time of year. Even though I was running a few minutes behind schedule, I'm glad I was seen promptly and wasn't kept waiting. Jackson was the service advisor; he was really kind, knowledgeable, and approachable, and he went above and beyond to assist me with my car. Also, this dealership is well-maintained and tidy, providing a pleasant atmosphere for customers. Additionally, they have refreshments, such as coffee machine on-site for added convenience and comfort for customers. Lastly,they have a wide selection of cars to choose from.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The repair service at West Covina Mercedes was fine, but the rental car department was absolutely unacceptable. I was falsely accused of not refueling the car and was charged without my consent. After wasting a huge amount of my time, they only agreed to refund the charge because of my “good credit history,” as if they were doing me a favor — not because they were wrong. What was truly shocking is that when I told them I had photo evidence and planned to leave an honest Google review, the manager arrogantly threatened that if I posted a negative review, they would charge my credit card again. This is intimidation, plain and simple. Be extremely careful renting from this location. You need to document everything like a detective, or they will look for excuses to charge you. I drive a Mercedes — I’m not worried about the money — but I will not stay silent about this kind of behavior. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I had an excellent experience with the service team at West Covina Mercedes, and I can’t say enough good things about Riad, Gustavo, and George. George followed up with me during an important repair and genuinely did not forget about me, which made a huge difference during a stressful situation. When I became concerned after receiving different answers from different people, Gustavo, the service manager, stepped in and helped get everything sorted and properly scheduled. He made sure things were handled clearly and professionally, which immediately put me at ease. When I was upset about needing to leave my car longer than expected, Riad took care of me in person and truly went above and beyond. He was kind, patient, and proactive, and made sure I felt heard. I live over an hour away, and Riad was even able to approve having my car brought to me so I didn’t have to make the long drive back just to pick it up — something I really appreciated and didn’t expect. The entire team worked together to take care of me, and that level of service is rare. I highly recommend West Covina Mercedes and this service department if you want to be treated with care, professionalism, and genuine follow-through.

Worst experience at ANY service center I have ever been to whether it was Land Rover, Porsche, Lexus, Toyota, Tesla and even other Mercedes Benz sprinter van service centers. There was absolutely ZERO communication from my service advisor. Had to track him down and have the sales person call him just to get him to call me back with some kind of update on my vehicle. Whole lot more to say about what happened, but don't feel like typing it all out. Just know that this whole experience made it seem as though I wasn't valued as a customer and that my time wasn't important. Was no accountability from the service advisor. Just gave me the run around. If you need your car serviced, trust me, take it to a different Mercedes service center. If you absolutely need to come to this one and George Kikash is your service advisor, RUN! Trust me, you will thank me later. What an absolute joke of a service advisor. So unprofessional and not what you would expect from Mercedes Benz.
