My brother recommended me to this place and I’m happy he did. The service was fast, there was no hassle or headache. They called my warranty company and had no issues completing the repair unlike my Chevy dealership. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Terrible place!! They Sold Me A Radiator That Went Bad The Next Month, I had a coolant leak & they could not resolve & find the issue at so I took it to champs auto care and they found the problem within 30 minutes the guy at the desk told poured water all over my car to make the coolant leak disappear before I cam outside to observe it, also I argued with him back and forth about the leak

Stopped in for an oil change the other day and was blown away by the speed, efficiency, and generosity of these guys! They had me in and out (they surely lived up to their name) in a jiffy, but didn’t try to rush me out! Plus, they answered all my questions thoroughly and directly. Will absolutely be going back for my next oil change! Thank you guys!

Do not patronize! Sam or whatever his name is at the front desk first off, is RUDE AS HELL! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. His energy is cringy no sooner than you step foot in the door. No matter the smile on your face, or being courteous, if you dont have the outrageous price they try and quote you at its all bad from there. I went in for 2 things to be repaired and left with all kinds of codes and "Engine power reduced" signals on my dash. that was not there prior to the original job done. I had to turn around after I already made it miles from there just to have the same issue occur when I left. Very dangerous for a car to go into "limp mode" while driving. Too late in the day to return a "third time". I went following morning not even an apology but was told it was my turbo booster going out and instead of figuring out why it happened after their original labor he said to me it was a "coincidence" it went out at the same time they repaired something else. and I was basically suppose to roll with that or pay more money to have whatever the cause was fixed. Now, as a female who dated a certified automotive mechanic in the past, I am very far from dumb when it comes to cars like they think you will be as woman. I unlike most, actually looked those codes up. They were indeed associated with the work performed on the vehicle. All they had to do was rule out any bad sensors and check a couple other things. They dont like a challenge, dont want you to do your research, & from other personal experience their culture in particular, thinks women are beneath them. now Mr. "Jay" was willing to work with me on the price, and keep the car for the day to dig deeper to find a solution after saying he felt bad. By the way. Sir, please dont get it confused there is way more where those hundreds came from you guys were trying to rob me for in my bank acct. I just dont have it to give to you just to swap out a couple of hoses on my car. Which I told them I greatly appreciated. However, I am not a charity case. But Sam/ or Mr. Front desk asking "how much money do you have" you shouldnt be asking anybody that!! I am a working woman who CANNOT afford to be ripped off by a shop that doesnt value their customers. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here. Not to mention, they said I tried accusing them of the issue at hand. Even Ray Charles himself wouldve brought his car back if this same issue had occurred after receiving services. so please stop. &also usually you get a courtesy call stating what the current diagnosis is and if you would like to move forward with the service and have it done if you are willing to pay, instead I get a call end of the day stating it was a burnt out sensor and what it cost them to purchase and what I was expected to pay. (my thing is if I didnt have it yesterday what do you think changed next day?) since they call them selves doing me a favor by putting it on labor free. regardless of the labor free effort, give me the option to take the vehicle back home until I can afford to do so if this was the case. I still feel like I shouldve been given a call prior to service indicating the issue with my permission to move forward on the vehicle. I felt bullied! :-( I hated my experience here. Moral of the story is I paid 85% for the sensor (he will learn about last min phone calls) & the other work performed as well. but I will NEVER return.& ladies!! please I repeat PLEASE take a knowledgeable man with you when entering their "he-man woman haters club" Mr Front desk/ Sam or whomever needs to go EXPEDITIOUSLY! & please dont drink the coffee the water comes from the faucet in their restroom that looks like a filthy truck stop on the inside. Those conditions are inhumane & it shows just how much you care about your customers. Just because its a repair shop doesnt mean the restroom should be disgusting like that. Im very curious if they drink the coffee there or purchase their own. the work was done, my car is fixed. But its not about what you do its HOW YOU DO IT. My advice to prevent a review as such is to simply DO BETTER!!

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! Highly recommend! Ladies the staff here does not treat you like you are ignorant and don't know what you are taking about. They talk and treat you with respect. Their pricing is reasonable and straightforward and they're very trustworthy!!! Would give ten stars if it was an option!

The price was high, but I was willing to pay it because I needed my car fixed. The mechanical work was done correctly, and my car is running well. However, the customer service I received was poor. The staff member I interacted with was quick and had a rude, dismissive demeanor that felt unnecessary and sarcastic. While the car is fixed, the unpleasant customer interaction means I will not be returning to this business in the future.

Avoid this place!!! My front passenger tire was making a lot of noises. This place said it was the control arm that needed to be replaced. After they replaced the control arm, they called me and said my car was ready but it was still making noises. When I went to pick up my car, they charged me $600 for parts and labor and said if I didn’t pay, they would not be handing over my key! I totally agree on paying for the part, but why should I pay for labor when they didn’t fix what was wrong with my car?!! You’ve been warned! Go elsewhere so you don’t get scammed!!!

I found my new shop. I was at another shop down the street for an issue with my car not starting and was told that I needed an engine and was quoted over $5000 for the job. On a whim, I took it to this shop as I was recommended to them by my dad. They checked the car out and told me all I needed was a starter. They took care of me for a tenth of the price and I was out of there ready to get back to work. Very thankful for the guys up there for there work!
