Great work, great price, great people! This is my 3rd time to use Innovative’s services and they work quick and also reliable. I had 4 brake and rotor job and now spark plug replacements and some headlight issues. My Hyundai has 173k miles on it and I need a couple more things done, like tie rods and an alignment and they will that business as well. See you guys soon!

I can’t believe I’m just now writing this review, but better late than never. If you ever need your car worked on Innovative is the best place to start! The staff is exceptional. They are respectful and some of the friendliest people I’ve dealt with in a business. Their prices for fixing your car are fair and they guarantee their work 100 percent! First of all, I’d like to compliment on their professionalism. I just moved to OKC and it’s hard to find someone that actually knows what they’re doing. I’ve had bad experiences, but after I found Innovative Auto Service. They made me feel easy. Their professionalism and communication is something you won’t find somewhere else. Took my truck in with suspension problems and they found the problem right away and fixed it. Along with other issues that were problematic to me. The truck is running better than when I bought it. Just glad I found a good reliable shop I can count on with very reasonable prices.

This team came above and beyond. I called them late morning, like 10:30am. The service person was amazing! They took all of my information and sent me a quote within minutes. The quote was fair and affordable. They called me and said the part would be there at two and they’d have it done by six. They did that!!! Same day. I’m not saying everyone can get same day service but I did. I feel like they’ll do it if they can. The service was fast and efficient. I made the phone call but they responded with text unless they actually needed to talk to you. If they can work on your car, I’d take it there.

I found Innovative by accident, another place of business sent me there because they damaged a part on my trailer and couldn't repair it. The staff at innovative were quick and able to fix the issue. While I was there I noticed the techs working on a couple of high end vehicles so when I had issues with my King Ranch F250 I didn't hesitate. 2 different Ford dealers told me to leave my truck with them and they had 24-48hrs just to look at it. These guys had me in and out the same day and didn't try to break the bank. I will definitely do business here in the future and recommend.

When I tell you I absolutely hateeeee spending money on a car believe it! But honestly for how much I paid for an alternator and the labor versus DIYing it off of a YouTube video and potentially messing it up, it was COMPLETELY worth it! Wendy & the man (did not catch his name) at the front desk were so kind and helpful and literally took away the stress that I had over this car! The mechanics were also great as well! Will be back if I have any other issues on my car for sure! Great pricing & great business you can’t beat it!
