I don't think you should be bothered, I waited six hours, they could only change two tires, this is good for the tire, the latins change it in five minutes, don't mess with other mechanical works, you wait in vain

Terrible customer service. Had a tire patched on a fleet vehicle. They never balanced the tire after removing it from the rim after they patched it, which forced us to have ur technician return to have this done due to excessive shaking. When we returned they charged us for what they failed to do under the first service.. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Very rude and unprofessional! After I had my driver tire replaced, I requested a receipt for the service. I was told I'd get a receipt in a few minutes, after calling them a few times this guy on the phone who my driver had an issue with initially told me, "we're a big company and the world doesn't revolve around you." He dropped the phone in my ear.

Spent almost 3k to fix a vibration on my truck and it feels exactly the same. I go back the next day & they’re basically refusing to check it out and telling me its my tires now, even though they’re new. They’re just stealing money from people at this point. First and last time.

Slow and nobody seems to speak English! And very expensive considering they charge by the hour and 3/4 of the time I was stuck there they were even working on my truck. They were walking around texting on their phones, talking to one another and one guy was even shaving with an electric shaver! All while on the clock in which was ticking on my dime! Not impressed

Went there for smog test. They kept me waiting for 2 hours and told me the computer is not working and wanted to charge me for 1 hour of labor charge. I demanded for explanation and they cursed at me and told me to leave. I’d never go there even if I had no choice.

Since the first time bringing in one of our trucks they have been nothing but helpful. Not sure why its rated 3 stars but as a small but growing company, we’ve been helped and they work with us and explain to us and even show us, whats going on with our trucks. Going to keep bringing in my trucks as well as future trucks.

I went there for a smoke test and the first time after 45 minutes they tell me that the machine wasn't working properly. The second time they took 2 hours and 15 minutes to finish de test. They charge $95.00 just for the smoke test when other places charge $100.00 for smoke and D.O.T Inspection. Also the blonde lady at the office has a constant bad attitude.

They are some of the most laziest Mecahnics I’ve ever seen in my life and very rude I recommend not calling them unless you want to deal with unprofessionalism. I came on here to let everyone know and started to read the comments and realized at least I’m not the only one who thinks of them this way it seems like they treat all of their customers this way….. wayyyyyy out of line, their workers smh!!! Whoever runs this business need to do a complete rehire!

I like these people. I never go back for them to do the same thing over. Haven't been ripped off yet, and I hope it stays that way. Rob is a straight up guy. Tells you up front what needs to be done, in detail, and how much it's going to cost you. Good shop!!

FIND ANOTHER TIRE SHOP THAT REMEMBERS TO PUT THE LUG NUTS BACK ON. I have been a customer at Elman Bros Tire Buys, OWNED BY INTERCITY TIRES in Mt kisco NY for decades. I owned a company with a lot of vehicles, Went to inter city tires branch in Mt kisco NY. to have a flat fixed, the tire was too damaged to fix, I bought a new one for 400.00. My wife picked up the car and drove home, about a mile from the store. The following morning my wife headed to an appointment taking the Saw Mill Parkway, the wheel came loose. It turns out Inter City Tire only put one lug nut on the rim and forgot to put the others on. the wheel sheared the lugs off the axel with only the lock nut holding the wheel in place. Luckly my wife was able to get the car off of the highway . We called the store and Neil the manager refused to take responsibility until we let them know we would start an insurance claim. Long story short, Neil ended up replacing the damaged axel and tire which we appreciated as they had caused the problem by forgetting to put the lug nuts on in the first place. Since we reported to the insurance company, New York law requires the repair shop to sign an affidavit that the car was properly repaired or they notify the insurance co. to cancel the policy. We received this letter and promptly took it into intercity and were told they would get it filled out and send it back to us. We never got the call to go and pick it up so I went to Elman Bros. Intercity Tire again and was told it was sent to the main office in New Jersey. We have been notified our insurance will be cancelled because the repair report was not sent in by Inter City Tire to the state in time. We wrote off the problem to a rushed employee not putting the lug nuts on and were not intending to move on without any complaint until the situation with Intercity Tire not sending in the insurance repair report. This has been a major waste of time, loss of use of the car and loss of trust from a company I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at over decades. STAY AWAY, THEY MIGHT END UP KILLING YOU BY FORGETTING TO PUT YOUR LUG NUTS ON!
