Very racist!! I visited twice they would not look at my car to even give me a chance to use their service its. The first day they told me they couldn't look at my car because they were too busy told me to come back 2 days later only to have me sitting there for a hour just to be told he's can't diagnose my car without a deposit 🙄

Horrible, horrible communication. They said my car would be ready the next day and I’m currently on day 3 and I still don’t have my car. I work 40 mins away and it’s been very difficult to get to work, I’m never coming back here again. Next time do give false promises to your customers….

These people are the worst. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. They had my car for two weeks giving the round around not answering the going and not calling me back. If I don’t get mad and go there they would’ve kept my car longer. I gave them one star cause they have a nice secretary.

I’ve used them in the past for regular oil changes and I’ve recommended family member to them. However, I went and took my car to see if they could check why my engine light was on and my car idling low to the point it turned off. I was turned away immediately and told to make an appointment for the next available time slot. Which was 10 DAYS LATER. Who’s going to wait 10 days plus the days needed to fix the car. Yeah, I was very disappointed especially since I have used them in the past.

This place is very expensive, I took my crv for a funny noice and they charged me $50. For a visual diagnostic. I took the car for 2d. Opinion free of charges and the visual diagnostic end it up been wrong... the receptionist very rude arrogant needs to take customer service classes.

I will start off by saying that I was very pleased with the owner and the staff who completed my wheel alignment. However I was informed that I needed some work done; and would be receiving an estimate. The day that I went in I guess they were too busy and the receptionist told me she’d email me. 3 weeks later I haven’t received an email and I called and she told me she would send it and didn’t. I feel as though the front desk is very irresponsable and inattentive so for that reason I will not be going back nor recommending anybody from the area that I know.
