I strongly recommend avoiding Irwin Auto Mobile Mechanic Service due to my extremely negative experience. After requesting their service, they not only failed to show up on multiple scheduled days but also caused further damage to my car. The car entered engine disabled mode, and the sensors they replaced were the very reason for it. The wiring looks like it’s been pieced together with duct tape. There’s even a video showing the car accelerating on its own without pressing the gas pedal,and it completely cut off while I was driving at 75mph on the highway. Despite promising to come back, by Tonya Sue Heatherly they never showed up and didn’t even have the courtesy to call and explain. Fortunately, my dad, a police officer, filed a report on my behalf, and we will be following up with the Alabama General of Consumer Complaints, the BBB, Trustpolit and the Regional of AutoZone. If you do decide to use their service. I 100% encourage you to purchase your own parts and NEVER let it leave your sight even if they say it's not the right part. You return it do not let them leave with it. Standing there with them is also highly recommended as well. Please consider my experience carefully before deciding whether to use this service. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same frustration and potential damage to their vehicle. I recommend several people to them based on the convenience of them coming to your home. Only to follow up with if you've called to cancel, and I'm thankful I did because 2 of them had reached out this week inquring for service. There's nothing convenient about having your car disable at 75 miles an hour, missing work, losing money paid to fix an issue, and being lied to. I'll never forget Tonya saying some customers I don't even answer for and I'm one now after requesting a refund for sevices I didn't fully receive. She also mentioned word of mouth is how they get their clients, and I'll be sure to use my words to tell them my experience with the documents I have to support it. What I thought was a blessing has turned into a nightmare.I however pray the person reading this does find someone who can repair their car and stand on their word.. Irwin find you a new partner, and follow up with your word. May God bless you only upon staying true to your word Amen!
