I call J&B after calling the guy in Humble and then United on 290. The guy from Humble is rude but anyway he perferred me to United...blah blah and 300 dollars later I found J&B in the dena and flat rate 120 and done in 20 minutes. These guys are professional, replaced the motors on the panel and I was on my way. It is in Pasadena but so what, if you need your gages done without getting gauged for it then J&B is the place. Oh yeah Lifetime warranty on all parts....AHH, the others guy 1 year get out of here. DGraysHouston approval -

I took my car in for a full tune up and to change EGR valve only to get my car home and see the old EGR valve still on and I checked & only 4 spark plugs were changed on the passenger side ,spark plugs on the driver side were not touched I was charged full price what a joke do not go here!

Go anywhere but here! Unless you want the stereotypical dishonest mechanic scenario to happen to you. I got my truck back from repairs and a alignment and the steering wheel was completely off. When I took it back to be fixed I was told it was like that before they got it, so I asked for the alignment report. They told me they couldn't find it and must have thrown it away. The next day after the second alignment, my steering wheel was dead on and they suddenly "found" the original alignment report that said the alignment was off the first time. The same report was no where to be found 24 hours earlier but now that it bailed them out it was suddenly "found." What can you do I thought. Then I get home and notice a bag I carry in my truck with binoculars, range finder and other hunting gear was gone. I use to love this Shop and sent family and friends there, lately they just quit caring about doing business with integrity.

My Cluster went out after 2 years from J&B. Made the call for the life time Warranty. He said bring it in. As I pulled up they were walking out. 10 Minutes later I was good again. No Charge. Except the new plastic cover I punches and broke trying to get it to work again. Lol. Great service. Thanks J&B
