The nicest people and expert repair! I just bought an Audi etron GT a week ago, and today, on Christmas Eve, a roller fell off my garage door and hit the side of my new car, leaving nicks in the clear coat. I went down to J&B to see what could be done to fix the damage and get an estimate. Michael came out to look at the damage and, before I knew it, he had a machine in hand and expertly fixed it on the spot! When I asked him what I owed him, he refused to take any money. My day went from crappy to great. Michael, thanks for the early holiday present! While I hope I don’t need J&B’s services again (especially for more extensive damage), I would not hesitate to go there and recommend others do the same. (From the Lamborghinis, Bentleys, and other super high end cars in the shop, it seems other discerning customers think the same). Thanks, again!

I don’t usually write reviews, but the team at J&B Body Works absolutely deserves one. In October 2025, my son hit a deer in my wife’s beloved 2020 Toyota Highlander, causing extensive damage to the front end and passenger-side doors. We were devastated and worried the car would never look the same again. From the moment we brought the vehicle in, J&B Body Works went above and beyond. They kept us informed every step of the way and made the entire process incredibly smooth. They coordinated directly with our insurance company, which took a huge burden off our shoulders, and they completed the repairs far sooner than we expected. When we picked up the Highlander, we were blown away — the car looked brand new, as if the damage had never happened. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their customer service is just as impressive. If you need body work done and want a shop you can truly trust, look no further than J&B Body Works. The last thing this place needs is another five star review, but here we are. To say that everything came out great and was handled professionally would be an understatement. Customer service is generally over the top and my experience is reflected here. They went above and beyond what was necessary and have a customer for life. Only authorized Audi body shop in Westchester and do a multitude of high-end cars. Do yourself a favor if you have a high-end car, this is the place to go. They even detailed the rims and they were not part of the accident. The car looks as good as it did the day it came off the showroom floor. 2024 SQ5 Hit a deer. Thank you team.

I just brought my car to J&B for collision repair as it's a Volvo Certified Collision Center. I was very impressed with the entire operation, from my initial intake to taking the time to walk me through what needed to be repaired and the different options. It's my first experience with collision repair, so I definitely needed some additional patience that they more than showed me. On my way out, the owner Joe stopped to say hello, and you can really tell there is a lot of care that he put into having built a great family-owned business. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Who knew excellence still existed in 2026. J&B is an ultra premiere shop offering top quality and excellent service. It was clear when I arrived that they specalize in premium and exotic vehicles. Which my Tiguan is not, and although I initially felt out of place. Mike and the team took care to make me feel perfectly welcome. From the office staff to the technicians to ownership and everyone in between. They exude excellence. The process was made seamless, they were communicative throughout, and even when we came across a minor issue with the insurance company, they handled it all no hassle. First and foremost, Joe, “Little Joe,” and Mike give off a very privileged attitude, and because this is a family business, they clearly pick and choose which customers they want to respect and which ones they think they can take advantage of. A month ago, I spoke to Joe about getting my car wrapped after an accident, and the 3rd-party insurance was willing to pay for certain parts wrapped. Even though Google says 99 Customs is “permanently closed,” it’s still operating behind the scenes through JB Body Works I guess making its back ends. I’ve dealt with Denis and Roman in the past (Roman still ther, Denis moved on)—when it came to wraps, Denis did an excellent job and quoted me $2,800 for a full wrap years ago. Back then Mike charged me $250 just to paint eyelids for headlights and tried talking me out of putting "so much money" into my Acura TSX because it was “old,” which rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up going to MLyfe in NJ which I later regretted. (MLyfe is just as bad, when it comes to the treatment of certain customers) Fast forward to today: I return after waiting a full month like Joe requested for my paint to cure. It took him 20 minutes to even come outside, and the vibe from him and "Little Joe" was completely off—very unwelcoming. I explained I wanted a full wrap, showed him a small crack under the skirt and a few dents, and made it clear I was ready to spend money with them. As soon as he saw my 2010 Acura TSX, I felt judged in a way. He said, “Who are you going to go to for these dents... We work on exotic cars, I'm sure you know we’re expensive,” basically implying I couldn’t afford the work. He sent an estimate of $3,175.93, but that was only for the bumper, door, and fender for the insurance claim. When insurance told me it would total the car and be considered salvage, I told Joe I’d just pay out of pocket. That’s when he quoted me $6,000 out of pocket for a full wrap—and that didn’t include fixing the dents, the crack, or adding ceramic protection.... for a compact 2010 Acura? It was obvious they were running a game. If you can work on 40 exotic cars outside your shop and make a living doing that, why try to rip off someone with an older car? Its clear they treat wealthier clients differently, I know the game they tried running. Just to confirm, I called a respected shop in the Bronx RIGHT after leaving, and they quoted me $2,300 over the phone for the full wrap and this shop works on exotic cars as well. That’s how I knew JB Body Works was overcharging me. Joe telling me to go elsewhere for dents, Mike telling me years ago not to invest in my car because it was old, and Little Joe’s “hot shot” attitude sealed it for me. They looked at my car today like it was beneath them. Ego through the roof. A business shouldn’t use “we work on exotic cars” as an excuse to overprice and disrespect people of poverty. I would never recommend JB Body Works to anyone, and I’ll tell everyone I know the same.

I was rear ended in my 370z and everyone there did an amazing job in making sure the process was as simple and easy as possible. Not only is their customer service exceptional, their meticulous attention to detail was shown in the repair of my vehicle. At this place, my requests were heard and when I picked up my car, it looked like it came out of a dealership showroom from when the car was new 16 years ago. I also want to give a special thanks to Angelina at the front desk. Angelina's customer service skills are like no other. She was more than kind and went above and beyond in helping me deal with insurance and other concers I had. I definitely reccomend this body shop to anyone shopping around, especially if you are in the NYC tri-state area.

Joe Sr and his sons are not braggarts, so please let me. I first heard about this special shop on YouTube. Ammonyc brought a project car to them and this made a lasting impact on me. Larry is as OCD as I maintaining equipment, belongings, and our vehicles. So, when my Volvo was gifted a parking lot “rub” I contacted J and B. Cindy was my first contact, what a sweet interaction that helped put me at ease. Upon drop off, Joe Sr. came over to introduce himself and listen. There is no overstatement or under deliver with this man, beyond which he would drop me at a rental car pickup. He personally remained in contact. No little detail escaped his team. All of which are genuine and concentrated on delivering an experience and your car to you better then you could hope. I was anxious, fearing how this could be sorted and return my car to perfection. Joe and His Son came over on delivery to walk and check in. They are a delight and their business is simply incredible. Genuine, kind, warm, experts of their craft. If I could give J&B Body Works a 10-star review, I would! They did outstanding work on my BMW X5M—seriously, the car looks brand new, straight from the factory. On top of the amazing work, their communication from start to finish was excellent, and the owners are genuinely great people. I highly recommend this body shop for any high-end repairs. I won’t be going to any other body shop from here on out.
