This place really cares about their customers. The tow truck operators, Julio and Rich were very helpful to me when they had to come get my car after it spontaneously caught on fire. Then Mr. Chin and Ms. Pearl in the office were so helpful and kind to me. Mr. Chin is a wealth of knowledge in the insurance process and the industry period and Ms. Pearl was very helpful and communicative with me. Even workers who weren’t working directly with me wished me well and offered help (thanks Rob). If I ever need anything car related, I will definitely come back to Star Auto body! Thank you to everyone at Star Autobody!!

I was satisfied with my service. Even though my car couldn’t be fixed, I wish that was not the case but not this time. Rob and everyone there was very helpful and honest. He broke the news to me first about my car, (while insurance took a million years to get to me), I didn’t take it well but I’m just so glad that they towed my car to this location because now I know where I can go to. These reviews are all on point. Because as a woman it’s very hard to find a good TRUSTWORTHY body shop. Thanks Rob and Team :)

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO OR TRUST THIS AUTO SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE. I entrusted this place after a diesel mishap with my brand new car. Not only did they overcharge me just to flush out my gas tank but after they “allegedly” fixed it less than a week later my car began having engine malfunctions and not starting. I then find out after bringing my car to a trusted mechanic and running a diagnostic that my car STILL had diesel LEFT IN MY DAMN ENGINE!!! I ended up spending even way more money and still till this day would like my money back! Please do not trust these people they are corrupt clearly uneducated in vehicle repairs and money hungry taking advantage of anyone that they can. Going to this auto shop was the worst thing that could have possibly happened to be me so PLEASE beware.

Just want to express my great experience with star auto body. I brought my Mercedes here after having an oil panel and engine damage. They helped and guided me every step of the way. When I got my car back I had no issues with the car and was offered a complimentary oil change for when it was needed. Everyone was extremely nice, they answered all my calls and questions. I definitely recommend bringing your car here!

Star Auto body is an amazing auto body shop with customer service like I have never seen before. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted politely and helped right away. Rob, and Chin were absolutely amazing in helping me with my car that had been hit and made me feel like family. I was called very often by them with an updated status on my repairs and given multiple options on how I would like to repair my car. Let's just say they are called Star auto body for a reason because they made my car brand new again and I am forever grateful 🙏🏾! Might just be the friendliest business I've ever encountered to date. I cannot tell you how amazing this place is I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman by the name of Chin and then the owner popped out to say hello whose name is Rob They made you feel so comfortable Years ago, I had gone to this place to have my car fixed and I totally forgot about it I had a small dent in my car and I had to get it fixed soon. These guys were amazing not only did they get it fixed, it was done that day, I really did not think that it would come out so good, It was perfect.!! The job that they did was spectacular and the pricing is unbelievable ,believe me I have checked a round called a lot of other places. So if you have any issues with your car, don’t waste your time checking other places I did it for you
