I just picked up my 2020 Mercedes 450E Wagon after a body shop repair and found what appears to be a new car! Not only was the repair first class (not easy to do on a dark blue vehicle), when I got into the car I found that it had been completely detailed (not at all expected). The cost of the job was more than reasonable and the turn around time was a day earlier than expected. Hats off to Dom and his crew.

My 2020 Subaru Forester was hit while parked and had significant body damage. WIth a new car I was very selective in who I wanted to service my vehicle. After researching independent body shops and going through my insurance preferred list, I decided to go with Borsella as they use original Subaru parts. I'm so happy I went with them !! I expressed the timeline in which I needed the work to be completed and they finished before expected time! saved me money on my rental. Dominick handled all communication with insurance company so there was no stress on my part and I could function normally. They detailed my car and it looked the same as when I first drove of the lot. They refilled the windshield fluid reservoir and provided me with extra paint after the job was done. I couldn't ask for anything more and I recommend them with the highest regards! Thanks again for the great work !

When my Jeep was hit, the other insurance company wanted me to take it to one of the body shops in their network but since Borsella and Mastro is a certified Jeep repair shop I wanted to take it them. I am so pleased that I did, they did an incredible job making my Jeep look even better than before it was in the accident. Dominick was even kind enough to remove the back hitch for me at no additional charge. They handled all of the billing so I didn’t have to pay or worry about it. Great professional company with great service and quality. Highly recommend

They took great care of a dent we had on the drivers side that went across the door and front left fender on a BMWX1. The metal was completely bent from an ATV hitting into the car and after bringing it in, they made it look brand new! The car was brought to us cleaner than we left it. My car was hit in the rear and I was recommended to try Borsella and Mastro. THE BEST ADVICE I have ever listened to regarding repairs. They have superb customer service and the work they do is amazing. When I picked up my car, it looked beyond brand new. They did a better detail than when I actually picked up the car from the dealer. It also runs soooo much smoother. Please, if I may, the best advice I can tell you is, if you have damage to your vehicle, take it to Borsella!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Total professionals who have fixed my cars 3 different times after mishaps that left a Corolla and then a Civic quite banged up (the perils of having tennage children). Every time I have gotten my cars back, they looked like they just came off the showroom floor. Donna and Dominick and their staff know the ins and outs of dealing with car insurance agencies, even when those agencies are being difficult amd/or unreasonable. That was the case with my most recent mishap, and they prevented my insurance company from "totaling" a car that did not need to be tossed into a junkyard, which is what almost happened. By my estimate they saved me $20,000 by fighting the good fight on my behalf. Just a great place to know about and to utilize if an unfortunate situation happens to you the same way it did to me. 6 stars, for real. -- Chris Sheridan

Not as good as I thought Ihad to call them to remind them that my car still there after 4 weeks of small repairs …over charged insurance companies . Not good never ever again. I drop off my can in one location and it end up there I have no idea how this happened….but they better fix my front bumper or I take them to court.
