TLDR: would give 0 if I could, worst experience of my life I cannot imagine a worse experience because the guy tony will tell you he's "almost done" or "just doing finishing touches" and like literal weeks later he'll tell you that he's still missing parts when you push for an update. He will straight up just lie to you.

It was the worst thing I've ever experienced. The employee Tony is a nasty person who is completely unprofessional and willfully lies to you. He can only state informal names for parts that need repair and send you off to get them on your own. He’ll tell you to go seek some other person at some other shop, which he can't even name. Customers will have to research more reputable automotive parts stores and consult experts for help with purchasing parts to find out the actual names needed. Due to Tony’s misinformation, incorrect parts can be acquired; he would then not inform the customer the parts were wrong for weeks at a time. When asked about his lack of communication, he will raise his voice, implying the process is only hindered due to customer incompetence. He has no accountability for his involvement in the process. Customers have to go find him as he did not reliably answer his business phone during business hours, just for him to turn around and state that there just so happened to be even more wrong with the car that was previously discussed. When checking on the vehicle over the course of multiple visits, you would find it sitting in the back covered in dust. He did not work on the vehicle until he felt like it, pointing out all the places he missed in his initial diagnosis. He also lies about the date of completion. He had promised the car would be ready at least four times between October 2024 and February 2025.When going to retrieve the car on the date specified by him, he would tell you that there are even more issues or that parts were incorrect. He does not reach out to inform customers of issues. . On the day I eventually got my car, I was informed once more that I had to come back so he could install a new part. He had lost this part months prior, as that part of the car had not needed his attention. This man then proceeded to yell at me at full volume like he didn't postpone my repair for months. Even after retrieving my car, the work is not fully completed. Tony is utterly unprofessional. Don't entrust your car to him.
