I agree with Andrew (below). We have been using this excellent shop for years, and through a number of cars. This is truly an affordable alternative to top shelf dealer service. Vittorio and Rino are intuitive and honest mechanics you you can absolutely trust with your car. Over the years we have brought them our Volvo, now Audi and also several vintage cars, both American and foreign. They are very fair in their pricing, and get to the bottom of problems in a timely fashion. They and their staff know what they are doing, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They are also very personable, smart and fun to be around. A breath of fresh air. You will thank us later.

Total Car Care is the best auto mechanic around. I had gone to them a couple of yrs ago and somehow forgot about them. Had a persistent problem with my Acura that i had taken to several other shops. I had made suggestions to these other shops about what I wanted checked first and no one listened to me. Instead these other shops charged me an arm and a leg without heeding my suggestions. Total Car Care did the exact opposite. Tim and Reno listened to my suggestion with respect and checked what I asked first. Turned out it was the actual issue. They fixed it right away and called me to inform me in a timely fashion that they wanted to make sure everything worked properly the next day. I so appreciated their honesty, integrity, timeliness and respect for their customers. They called me the next day when the car was ready and charged me a reasonable price. Total Car Care is now the only place I’ll rake my car. Finally a mechanic I can trust.

I needed help with my 2001 jaguar XJ8, while what seemed like 30 out of 32 shops did not want to touch the jaguar, Ralph and his team were not hesitant to try to fix the issue. Ultimately in the end they were able to resolve the issue while being extremely professional and extremely fair priced they have a customer for life. This is the best auto service business I've ever used. Everyone is polite, friendly, and accommodating. While that is nice, even better is the quality of their work and the trust I have in them. If anything, I've been surprised at the LOW amount on the bill whenever I pick the car up. It has gotten to the point that when I bring my car in and they try to give me an estimate of what the service might cost, I don't even let them. I tell them to do whatever they need to so, and I'll see them later. A really top-notch place. Lucky to have found them.

Needed a local auto mechanic as the starter in my 2003 Ford Taurus had to be replaced. Last Saturday evening I called Ralph’s, described my issue and was advised Ralph and partner would pick up my car Monday morning. My car was picked up, fixed and back to me in 3 hours. My decades with Ralph and his many excellent mechanics has been a tremendous blessing for my family and our fleet of cars over these many years. We always had pre-owned (used) ones and many were supplied by Ralph. He has never let us down. Always helped get the best troubleshoot done and tried his best to keep repair costs fair and reasonable. Very poor customer service David had me wait 45 minutes to advise me they could not inspect my car due to tinted windows. David seen when I first arrive in which he could’ve told me then. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this auto mechanic shop.

Thanks to a close friend sharing this place with me, I have never experienced better service and professionalism from any auto repair place in my entire driving life of over 30 years. I have a 2007 Nissan, which has over 124,000 miles and they have kept this car working for me no matter what the issue. In a time where finding a place that is trustworthy and honest is so challenging, I am glad to say that Ralph and Sons is a breath of fresh air. I would recommend them to everyone.

It pains me to write this review since I've used this dealership since I moved to the area however ever since new ownership, the quality has gone down and the price has gone way up! I went in to get my car radiator and it's parts repaired about 4 days ago and paid over $600. Less than a week later, I am now back at another mechanic with the EXACT same issue that I JUST paid Ralph and Sons to fix. I have to find a new local mechanic now because I don't trust R&s anymore. The mistakes they are making at Ralph and Sons are costing me double the money, time, and trouble. Sadly, I cannot use them anymore and will no longer recommend them.

Referred by mutual friends of the family.Spoke over the phone first thing this morning and the staff members made it happen for me! Everything explained before start and till finished. I was greeted with a smile, professionalism and respect. My first time today consulting with this business. I spoke with David and explained all issues. It was issues of no power in my Volkswagen Jetta car possibly the car battery. Called after 8am and set up an appointment for diagnostics testing, after getting my car towed to the repair shop. The customer service received was excellent!! They explained all issues in detail. I will definitely continue doing services with them. I've been coming here for decades and, with the new ownership in recent years, it's as good as it's ever been. They're friendly and always explain what and why something needs attention. And they're not afraid to tell you that sound you were hearing was nothing more than a simple, quick adjustment to something and you're out of there in minutes. So, I'm never worried about any "surprise diagnoses" with inflated repair bills. CASE IN POINT: A few years ago I went to them for a headlight replacement for my former car. They told me what supplier sold the part and the cost. Out of curiosity, I checked around and found that was the only supplier who had it in stock so I called them and they gave me the exact same price and that was the price on my final bill. So, there was no mark-up on my repair bill. They told me who supplied the part and had nothing to hide. If the repair is needed, they'll tell you. If it's not, they'll let you know. Members of my family have also made Ralph & Sons their go-to mechanics. No complaints!
