R&R always performs professional service with quality parts. R&R diagnoses and repairs cars the right way the first time while standing behind the work they do and doing it on time. I always feel confident after a repair that I will not have to return for the same issue. If a recommendation is made to repair your car properly, R&R will not compromise on parts service to make more money. My family has been going here for at least ten years because of their integrity and professionalism.

Initially I was happy to find a local mechanic but the experience has gone down hill. Doesn't give updates on vehicle while working on it. Days go by and nothing. Quoted me $150 for an oil change on a 20yr old car. I would advise females to avoid this shop.

Raj and the guys are experienced and keep my car on the road. I have never had a problem with my vehicle since I went to his shop. Love it there. I also appreciate a clean bathroom, which they have there too. Great staff, great service.

I’ve been taking my car here for years. Excellent, honest customer service and they do a great job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also, Raj has NEVER been rude to me. I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about. Perhaps they did something stupid with their cars and don’t want to know the truth? I’d rather have honesty than, “sure. We’ll run 4567 diagnostics for $356 dollars because you’re never wrong”. Raj always tries to save you money and won’t recommend something you don’t need.

Raj and son Ram and staff are very competent mechanics and I highly encourage you to let them work on your vehicles. Raj will work with you the best he can on pricing and he is very reasonable. Everyone is pleasant to deal with and the work gets done in a very timely manner. I don't know what else you could want in an auto shop. These guys know what they're doing and they can be trusted. Excellent shop. Raj and Ram, a father and son team, are gentlemen who also know their cars. As a car enthusiast, I've been looking for a good shop in the tri-state area for a few years and with R&R I found a spot where they really understand cars, and are good mechanics who also treat you well and work with you to fix the issues that need repair. That combination has been really hard to find. Raj & Ram are authentic good guys who go out of their way for people, not just with their cars. They do what they can wherever they can because they believe in doing the right thing. Not just good work, but good advice as well. Their shop is clean and organized and it's a pleasure to do business here. I highly recommend R&R.

I found Raj through a friendly reference. Raj told me what was wrong and offered the solutions on my 2009 Lexus RX350 ignition coil. He delivered quality workmanship, and the cost was within reasonable price range. To owners/drivers of performance vehicles, listen to Raj's advice.

I have no hesitation taking my car into this repair shop. I've been taking my cars in for years now and I've always had a great experience. Raj and Nick and the team do really good quality work at reasonable prices. They are very friendly, patient, review and provide a detailed diagnosis and repair price. Once the work is complete, they walk to through what they did and show you the old parts. If something additional pops up during the repair process they call you to let you know. No pressure and friendly environment. I'll definitely keep taking my cars here for inspections, oil changes, repairs etc. It's unfortunate to see that some customers come in with ignorance and arrogance, expect the world and that their vehicles should be fixed instantly for pretty much free. Be mindful that these guys work in a service industry, treat them with respect as you would like to be treated and I bet that you will have a great experience like I always do.

Sad to see a business take advantage of people. I was away and sent one of my customers to this place to change a bad ignition coil. My customer showed me the receipt, and $787 plus card surcharge came to over $800 dollars for unnecessary work, both air filters were replaced about 5 months ago, including the key battery 2 weeks ago. Stated they changed the plugs, and none was changed ( I visually checked myself). One coil should have been around $200. A cabin air filter for $110 is a rip-off. And the nerve to say he needs front axles if I replaced them 9 months ago, both sides were done. Stay away from this place. These people are not honest. I recommend some of my customers to go there in the past when I was unavailable and never had a complaint, maybe because they were younger and this customer was an older person and they decided to take advantage of him. A misfire on one cylinder due to a bad coil is one of the simplest parts to detect and change in less than an hour. So 1 hour of labor plus part cost should have been the total for this job. They turned to be a Rip off and will never recommend this place to any of my customers ever again. Honesty and respect should be the number one policy. Scam artists. Oh, and don't forget they pressure this gentleman to sign for the work prior to even give him a quote, and pushing that all needs to be done or car may not run right.

UPDATE 2/9- I AM LIVID ABOUT HOW I WAS TREATED ON THE PHONE. Raj was trying to insult my intelligence about car parts, just because I'm a female dont try to be disrespectful- I understand about paying for labor regardless of an incorrect part or not, Im highly educated I know how to order parts for my car. I was coming back as a repeated customer but now Im going somewhere else. The nerve! Ram and Raj are the best in the business. They are knowledgeable, honest and extremely professional. I was referred to them and they worked on my car and never had any issues. They don't overprice and they take extra care of your car. Saved me a visit and money from Mavis.They're the bomb.com! They are my 2go mechanics.

I went to this shop to ask about getting coolant added to my car, and the experience was FLAT-OUT rude and unprofessional. I WOULD NOT EVEN SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS SHOP!!! The owner repeatedly told me he was “closing soon” in a dismissive tone, even though I was simply asking a basic question about the service. He was 40 mins to closing. He showed ZERO interest in helping and was condescending the entire time. He exerted nothing but sheer dismissal and sexism when stupidly asking “how DO I KNOW my car needed coolant”?. As if a working woman would not know that answer. He spoke towards me as if I was HIS CHILD! Instead of offering any guidance, he acted like I was bothering him just by being there. If a business doesn’t want to help customers — or can’t do so RESPECTFULLY — they SHOULD NOT be open to the public!! I left without service and WILL NEVER be coming back. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for decent customer service. BEWARE YOU WERE WARNED…totally disrespectful Owner and business. The man straight up acted as if I was asking him to complete the job for free.

Would not recommend for Seems to try to take advantage of people who are not familiar with cars. Once he realized I wasn’t going to say ‘Here take my money, just fix my car’ and I actually wanted to know every detail, the owner literally kicked me out. ‘Just go! I don’t do business like this.’ I’m still confused as to why I was kicked out. I was willing to pay for a diagnostic which I called an inspection because I actually needed an inspection as well but he was like ‘ you didn’t tell me you need an inspection sticker’ but my inspection is literally a year overdue and visibly so. Everything was fine and dandy until he realized I wasn’t rolling in dough/ignorant enough to just pay for WHATEVER. He had a list of things that were wrong with my car but I found it interesting that he never mentioned that need front and back brakes which are down to the bone. I’m glad he kicked me out and I didn’t give them my business. Would give zero stars if I could. The switch up was crazy. So nice , friendly and informative until it was like you don’t want to replace all your tires, suspension, catalytic converter and ball joints today ?! GET OUT!

R&R Auto Repair and service is 💯👍.. Best Auto Service, PERIOD!! Recently I had brand New tires installed from a well know tire chain, “they were good all around however I was having slight issues with proper tire balancing.” They did their best and I even went to another shop and still the issue was not remedied… Then a local body shop received my online request for (high speed balancing / road force..) I was suggested to R&R Auto.. In less than an hour, not only was I treated kindly, but so was my Vehicle..!!! Raj and Ram took my car, put it on the lift and when it touched the ground it was like skating on ice.. The car was solid as a rock. Zero shake, 100 💯 percent balanced and drives like it came off the show room floor! ✅
