If you've ever felt like your current mechanic is pressuring you into parts/prices you don't need, or you just plain feel uncomfortable, THIS is where you need to bring your car. Paul is an extremely kind and patient person, and it reflects in the work he & his whole crew put out. He will break down any questions you have and make sure you're walking out with what you need, and not what you don't. Plus, I had a bolt stuck in my tire once and showed up totally unannounced. He was able to get my spare on, guided me how to buy a new one from Costco (where I got the tires originally), and helped put the new one on as well. I would recommend J&C to anyone in the valley who wants a reputable and genuinely awesome mechanic.

A few weeks ago I read Paul’s service reviews and decided to trust the company by sending my daughter to him to repair her car. He was very professional, and patient as I explained what we speculated was a need for major repair. The day of her appointment Paul confirmed the car issue was a minor one, it was not time for an oil change, and bonus: he pushed out the rear bumper dent - at no charge. In this day and time, it can be a challenge to find this level of service and integrity. Thank all of you for your honest reviews which lead us to J & C Import. We are now forever customers!

I've been coming to this family run auto shop for 5 years. I've always been impressed by the integrity by which Paul runs the operation. Many people have been coming here longer than myself. Consistent feedback always makes mention of their trust in the quality and value they receive. I have never been disappointed and have recommended J&C to friends and colleagues including my daughter who had been bringing her car for over 4 yrs. We both have Nissan Altimas. Paul consistently demonstrates stellar character; he's personable, detailed, honest and is always looking out for ways to save his customers money with excellent advice on service options. I'm always impressed by his strong family values which shows in the way he treats his family and staff; his wife and children work at the shop handling administrative functions. Paul's son will eventually take the reins of the place and continue to build upon an excellent foundation of reliable and friendly service. If you want an excellent place to take your vehicle (J&C specializes in Toyota, Nissan, Honda brands) and want v to save yourself the hassle and pain of dealership ripoff service centers, you will not be disappointed. They're open Tue thru Sat from 7am. Post Pandemic Update: through thick and thin, J&C Import Car Care continues to provide the same level of quality, service, value and attention. Seriously one of the best experiences I've had at a shop since moving to California. The final price was less than the quote (when does that ever happen!) The service was fast and reliable and everyone there was friendly, personable, and seemed like they just wanted to do good work. They were honest with what was wrong and wasn't wrong on my 200k+ mile truck, and what doesn't need to be worried about right now. You can tell that Paul really loves cars and taking care of them. Will be going back for all my needs.

This shop deserves 5 *****. I found on Google and decided to give it a try. As soon as I walked in I came across Paul and he greeted me and made me feel valued as a customer. Right away I felt in good hands. I've dealt with so many mechanics and not get the results I've wanted. Paul explained and the best part was his price I couldn't believe it was affordable he gave me options and he showed he didn't want my money. Paul is a gem of a human being. He inspected my car after the dealership said I needed 2 repairs during a recall appointment. Turns out I actually don’t need anything! Paul explained to me I’ll probably need the repair in 6-12 months so just have it checked again at my next oil change which I will definitely do. He did not charge me anything. I will only bring my car here from now on!

Some of the best service I've ever had. Gave us a discount for being first time customers, were super helpful and had lits of advice for future maintenance! Cost of service was EXTREMELY agreeable. Also, they scrubbed the yellow paint scratches off of my wifes car for no charge! Would absolutely return and highly recommend anyone recieve their service with J&C.
