I love this place! My A/C stopped working in my car today. I first went to Pep Boys in North Hollywood around 4:15pm and they told me their technicians leave at 5pm and it was going to take at least an hour to run a diagnostic first which they were going to have to charge me for, but they wouldn’t be able to service my car. I told them I only needed a recharge for my A/C but they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) help me. I called around to different places but everyone kept telling me sorry, come back another day...make an appointment...etc. then I called One Stop and not only were they super friendly, they were able to recharge my A/C immediately. They told me it would only take 15 min and it actually only took 10 min. They were amazing! I will definitely be coming here instead of Pep Boys from now on. Great job you guys!

Took my car in for ac repair after reading all the great reviews about them . I wish i could remember the name of guy that helped me out to give him credit . All i knew was that my ac was just blowing hot air and i was expecting to pay a lotttttt but he took a look at my car priced it at $120 , which i felt was reasonable. Literally in and out of there with no problem . I feel like i can take my car back for other car maintenance and body work

I tried using this place to repair a fender. I called and no one answered. I called again and they answered with a simple hello instead of the name of their business. They said they couldn't hear me and hung up. I called once more a few minutes later and they said they could repair my car and to send pictures which I did. I also asked them to verify that they received the pictures and give me a general price and how long it would take. They never called back. I waited two days and called them and they said they had received them and they didn't seem interested and sounded a bit unprofessional so I decided not to use them.

Avo and his team are so kind, and extremely knowledgable. You could just about throw any problem at these guys. Not only will they constantly answer your phone calls all day, they will do that without ever once getting annoyed. Lol! They do it all here, older cars, newer cars, trucks, whatever you bring in. They have no problem working with your insurance, and are very friendly during the entire process. I'm very thankful for them. Don't be afraid to bring your vehicle here, they'll handle it AND have you back on the road shortly.

Finally, I found a permanent mechanic I can trust. He is more than fair and does above and beyond work. My 1998 vw jetta feels brand new a lot of work done to it even though the parts and car is a pain to work with, so the price was worth every penny. Definitely recommend this company.

Yeah the guy here at the auto shop is a little stingy. He charges $145 a hour and the cost of the part I needed was over the market value of the cost. Why was my mechanic found at the barbershop when he was supposed to be working on my car? And why was the owner being argumentative after I expressed that I didn’t feel comfortable as far as what I observed. The job itself was only supposed to take about an hour and a half and it took 4 hours with no explanation. I wouldn’t personally recommend this mechanic shop. As much as they did good work, they were stalling and have their prices set way too high for their poor ethics and communication.

Avo, Thomas, Carlos + Team are amazing at auto body repair. I come to them anytime and they continuously deliver. They were referred to me by the owner of the building they lease and this family knows cars and customer service. Imagine believing in your tenants so much that you generously share your contacts with your dearest sphere: that's saying something. I dropped my car off the first time and they literally gave me a ride to the Burbank airport. I flew to NYC, they worked on my BMW, then picked me up at 10:30P upon my return (happily both times). I paid them and drove home. Cut to: got in an accident, came to them again and being the GENTLEMAN they are, if at all possible, they actually outdid their flawless work again. And they're FUN. If you need an honest, humble, honorable crew, this is the shop for you (and your car).

1 week after buying my new car it was hit in a plaza parked. I was referred to One Stop Auto by a buddy of mine who I'm very thankful for. With one call, the guys at One Stop Auto scheduled me for the repairs the very next day, helped me get into a loaner and dealt with the insurance. Brought my car in after it got side swiped inside a parking lot, they immediately checked out the damage and gave me an estimate for the repair. They had smooth communication, very professional, and knowledgeable about the industry. The process was made very easy, and the turnaround was quick. The repair went smoothly and amazing, you couldn’t even tell there was any sort of damage to my body panels after they worked on it. 10/10 I recommend them to everybody who is looking for expert body repair.
