Future customers beware the advertising at the body shop is misleading “Keep your Toyota a Toyota” it should be more like “Keep your Toyota with aftermarket parts’” Never again will I take my business to this body shop. It took over 2 months for the car to be ready. Accident wasn’t my fault but went through my insurance and being a 2021 car I felt the car deserved to have OEM original parts not aftermarket. Pretty much every single part was aftermarket. At the time of accident only one of the headlights got damaged but they ended up changing both and guess what they’re aftermarket and they are a safety hazard when driving at night that I can’t see the lanes or fall into potholes. I don’t get the same illumination from the aftermarket headlights that were installed. Yet they kept my other perfectly fine OEM headlight. Not happy with the work door not aligned properly can’t adjust my steering wheel a lot of things that need to be addressed. Horrible communication don’t get updated frequently on the status of the car. Runway from this body shop please I’m sure there’s better options out there.

No one really likes going to a Body Shop, But I just had one of the best experiences at a Body Shop EVER! I had to get some warranty paint problems fixed and they ended up repainting the whole car! Amazing! Both Cesar and Richard really took great care of me from drop off to pick up! It seemed effortless! And my 2016 Corolla looks Brand New! Thanks again to Toyota Of N. Hollywood Body Shop

My car needed significant repairs after a collision and my insurance recommended this body shop. I got a call from John right away to talk everything over with me, and then he got back to me one day later to let me know that the car was repairable and what the quote would be. They estimated about two weeks, but they finished about a week ahead of schedule! John kept me completely updated during the process and he and everyone else I spoke to there was extremely kind and polite. They also seemed to be taking COVID seriously, spraying down the pens with Lysol after I used them and wearing protective gear (booties, gloves, mask, and plastic over seat) when they drove my car around for pick up. I picked up the car this morning and it looks perfect, as good as new and perfectly clean inside and out. It seems to be running beautifully. You would never know it had been in an accident! I truly have never had such a good experience with a body shop and will never take my car anywhere else! It was everything I could have possibly wanted service-wise. Thank you North Hollywood Toyota (and John in particular)! Keep up the good work. :)

My catalytic converter was stolen in March. You can imagine how upset I was. My insurance took care of a replacement and sent my car to Toyota of North Hollywood. Georgina was in charge of my claim at the dealer, she was so sweet and informative and put my mind at ease. I was able to get my car back a bit sooner than expected which I really appreciated. Had an amazing experience here, and I must thank Hector Contreras for the help and their amazing mechanics that helped with the repair. Got rear-ended in a hit an run incident, and my insurance recommended this auto body shop. The receptionist was nice and informative. Hector was the one who helped me with the repair situation and estimate, along with how long it would take. The repairs took about a week and a half. He also kept me updated with everything that was going on, and thankfully, when I asked for an update, my car was ready for pick up later that day. Thank you guys so much, and if you are really having second thoughts about this place, don't this is the spot to go to.

I’ve brought in my car twice to Toyota Body Shop and both times they weren’t communicative. I had to call them consistently for updates or even to find out my car has been ready to pick up. Also, while being in the waiting area I would go unacknowledged for far too long before being helped. I also was told Enterprise would come pick me up and no one ever came, I asked the front desk to call again and she shrugged it off so I had to Uber.

Do not come here. The North Hollywood Toyota website claims their body shop uses OEM parts. They do not. I made the mistake of trusting them with my car. First off my car was in the shop for nearly a month, throughout the repairs I receive one update and after that I had to constantly reach out to Georgina. I wouldn’t get a response for days. When I finally received my car back, the splash shield was broken and they didn’t even bother to attach it. I had to come back immediately after picking up my car for them to remove my splash shield and have me wait two weeks for them to replace it. Which by the way I had to reach out multiple times times to confirm if the splash shield had arrived. I also brought up to their attention that the paint job on the hood was bad. There are little chip marks everywhere. They said it was probably just the dead bugs and they would polish the car next time I came in to see if that would help. Well it did not! When I got my car back after the polish and the chip paint was still there they try to dismiss it and say it was from “wear and tear”. What wear and tear it was just painted! Georgina suggested the best she could do was give me spare paint so I MYSELF can fill in the little chipped paint spots!! Secondly, I also brought to their attention that the new bumper they installed was not aligned. They assured me that they would fix it. Turns out they were unable to fix it because the bumper is aftermarket and it does not FIT the car!!! Georgina told me she would work on getting an original replacement for it but to give her some time. Two weeks go by and I’ve reached out to her multiple times with no response. My insurance ended up reaching out to me and I explained to them what was happening. Turns out Georgina is now on leave for a month. They told me John could help me out. I reached out to John over the phone on Monday where I tried to explain to him the issue with my bumper and the paint job on the hood and he tried to dismiss it over the phone as, the bumper just needs to be aligned! I told him that they tried to aligned it the last time I brought it in but they couldn’t and I let him know what Georgina was supposed to be working on getting me an OEM bumper and he continually dismissed it and is now demanding I waste my time again to bring it in so he could inspection it himself. We wouldn’t be having this issue if you guys actually instead an OEM bumper in the first place! Just like you claim you do on your website! I’m am absolutely sick of having to go through all this. This place is a scam, do no bring your car here. I brought my car here for piece of mind instead all I’ve had is stress and a massive headache. I am bringing my car in soon again and hoping that this nightmare will end once and for all. I am not satisfied with the shoddy work they do and I will continue to demand the quality of work I expected to get!! Avoid this place at all cost. Their estimate for the shoddy work they did was over $4k! And all the parts they used were after market! The only OEM part they installed on my car was the EMBLEM!

I had a real good experience here. My estimator was Hector Contreras. I took my rav 4 after a car accident, my insurance recommended this shop. They set up a car rental to pick me up from the shop which is convenient. It took close to the a month to repair because there was a delay in a part but I had a rental so no problem. I did have to call to get updates because they seem to be real busy to update you directly. But Hector would always call me back and answer all my questions. I picked up my car yesterday and so far it looks perfect and it has a life time guarantee minus usual wear and tear. Overall I had a good experience. The shop is professionally ran. I feel confident that the repairs were done right.

My aaa Insurance recommended North Hollywood Toyota Body Shop to repair my Volvo XC 60 when I was rear ended. I was thrilled to meet Jon Semerdjian who took great care of me and my car! I was nervous but he was so kind and clear with the procedure with getting the estimates, working with the insurance adjuster and coordinating with Enterprise Car Rental. My car was even ready quite ahead of schedule! I recommend Jon and his team wholeheartedly.

**Review for the Collision Body Shop** Thank you Georgina & the Toyota NoHo crew! Post-accident, both my Lexus passenger side doors were wrecked. My insurance company recommended Toyota NoHo for the repairs. I dropped my car off on 11/28/2023 and was given an estimated completion date of 12/13/2023. Fast forward to yesterday 12/7, the shop called to let me know repairs were all done and my car was ready for pick up **1 week early!!** My car doors look even better than brand new! I am extremely pleased with the results. *The photos speak for themselves. Thank you again, Toyota NoHo for the 5-star experience!

Poor communication and missed deadlines. I was told twice that my vehicle would be ready on 02/03, and both times that date was missed without advance notice. If the shop knew the car would not be ready, a short extension could have been communicated ahead of time. Instead, I was left waiting with no clear updates. I rely on this vehicle for a long-distance commute (approximately 3 hours), and the lack of transparency made it extremely difficult to plan work and transportation. Delays happen but repeated confirmations followed by silence is not professional. I would not recommend this shop if you value clear timelines and communication.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Toyota collision center, this complaint involves the replacement of the front windshield on a 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro. The business committed to replacing front windshield and in a 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro that had cracked. After the replacement within a week the windshield the cracked when I turned on the front windshield defogging button. I reached out to have the issue corrected, but the response was slow and unhelpful. For something as critical to safety as a windshield, I expected much higher standards. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable or professional auto glass work.

Listen, I drive far to get to this amazing spot and I hate LA traffic. (Haha). Patricia works the front desk and always greets you with a warm smile and gentle instructions to start the process. It's definitely a family feel with customer service and communication. I specifically worked with John who is the best! He helped me to communicate with my difficult insurance company while keeping me updated along the way. This saved me from additional stress because I definitely didn't need any more headaches with my car. During my walk-through process he explained all the work that would be performed step by step with disclaimers of possible other findings once parts were removed. John also helped me to get into my rental through my insurance and coordinated the best dates for me to get the work done. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience while alleviating stress. I don't think my car would have gotten fixed with insurance's horrible communication without him. Thank you so much!!!! And let's not forget about Joe! He works in the service department. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and was able to speak to the common issues related to the year, model and make of my vehicle. He was very kind and made me feel like my vehicle would be in good hands. I would recommend this amazing place in a heartbeat.

This body shop was highly recommended to me by a coworker after our Toyota Highlander was hit and in need of repair. After picking up my car today, I can also give a resounding recommendation to use this place for any collision damage needs. Having to get one’s car repaired is never a fun or easy task, but Richard and his team made it as painless as possible. From the very first point of contact, Richard was professional, kind, and very responsive. His communication made it easy for me to understand next steps, scheduling, quotes, insurance payment, etc. They made quick work of the repairs, and my car was done more than a week earlier than initially estimated. The car looks good as new, and it was returned to me clean and well taken care of. I live near dozens of auto body shops, but I am so glad I made the trek here to have it done by a certified Toyota center. I’m a big fan of this place, and (although I hope I never have to come here again lol) if I ever find myself in need of repairs, this will be the first place I call! P.S. If this gets read by management, please recognize Richard for his outstanding customer service. It is evident that he cares about the people he works with, and he truly excels in his role! Thank you!

I can’t thank Jon and his team at North Hollywood Toyota Collision Center enough. From start to finish, they were professional, supportive, and incredibly helpful throughout what turned into a very stressful claims process. I have never seen such a terrible body shop in my life. I strongly recommend that you do NOT take your car there. I took my car to them twice for two separate accidents, and both times the repairs came back with gaps and misalignments. After that, I went back five more times for them to fix it, and they still couldn’t do it. My car still has gaps, and I’m on my way there again right now. I will never leave my car with them for repairs ever again. Also, every time I take the car back, they act annoyed, even though my insurance already paid them $13,000. Despite getting paid that much, they are still unwilling and do a terrible job
