Me ha hecho todos los cambios de aceite de mi carro de trabajo y esta vez llevé mi carro de familiar le dije lo que quería hacer el carro y me dijo deja asegurarme si ese es el problema ya cuando revisó me dijo que era $40 Nunca me mencionó ese cobro y por eso le pongo una estrella pienso que a los clientes tienen que decirle el cobro del de lo que vas a hacer no después al hacer y me estaba cobrando el trabajo por $700 y fui a otro Mecanico que está por la Fremont él me cobró $450 y es el mismo trabjo este mecánico esta exagerando sus precios

Dj Stockton auto care and detail : Octavio I want to that for the service that you have been providing me on my Toyota Camry and my Chevy pick up you have done such great service for me on my vehicles for the last 8 years And as I left your shop this morning for the rotors in my brakes that she had repaired I was putting a review and a review that somebody had left for you. It is so unfortunate that we have people that complain after they have to put out money that may hurt their pockets, but you and the good work and the prices that you have I will continue to seek your service Mechanic work and professionalism in your business at that auto shop if you go anywhere, you can find that prices for diagnostics tires, and a lot of other things that have to do with computers at any shop cost a lot. Your prices are reasonable and I accept those prices that you have given me I appreciate your honesty and your professionalism as a person owning a business family owned business that deserves the compliments and respect that is given to the customers I think you once again for your service and I will continue to seek service with you. SEPTEMBER 2024 read if you’re considering going here My car shut off on me on the way to work. I had it towed to J&D for repairs because I was calling anround for the cheapest diagnostic and when I called here I was informed a diagnostic would be $80. Octavio has great customer service and he’s fast. However, he doesn’t tell you everything you need to know. He charges 90 PER HOUR for labor. I wasn’t aware of that until the day I came to pick up my vehicle. If I had known I would have stayed to ensure the hours of labor was accurate. He was not able to provide me a receipt or proof of cost of the part purchased. Initially he told me reprogramming would be $250 if you read the texts and then it was changed to $300 on the receipt. Somehow the 3 diagnostics turned to be $450 but 3x$80 would be $240. I genuinely feel his pricing is inaccurate/confusing and he should inform his future clients on his labor cost in the beginning. My car is not running well a couple days after.

The last 3 years I have went to this shop. Never experienced a bad vibe, I have got great results back and moved forward with my day. The mechanic/owner is a one man army trying to get everything done at a decent time. The longest time I waited was a weeks worth, cause there was a few things I wanted to get done and I was out of state and it all added up once I got back. I was pleased with the service that was done and already planned to go back in February 2025. It is February and I am back. I try my best to get there before he closes to be “first come, first serve”. I do my best weeks in advance to contact him and let him know what needs to be done or can you "check the engine light" and go forward from there. He has worked on two different vehicles for me. Two of them was my ladies and that is how we first met. He never took advantage and did an excellent job and that is how we got connected over five years ago before (COVID.) The only thing I would like to see change is weekend availability which are his days off. I have dropped off a vehicle on the weekend as we met up, but work begins the following week. I do recommend reaching out and scheduling time in advance cause again he is a "One Man Army." I recommend and will come back, my last report was two weeks ago and I have to make a decision on internal repairs needed. I am happy to say he is a brother of mines going forward thank you friend.
