Five Star All the Way! I brought my 2013 F150 3.5 Eco in for what essentially was a 100K service. It only has 70K, but it’s 11 years old. J&K came recommended from another independent shop and from ServPro (they service their fleet vehicles at J&K). My truck was done on time, as promised. It felt like I was leaving my truck with a friend I’ve known for years and it was my first time servicing there. My truck feels like a new truck. I could not be happier and have already recommended J&K to 3 friends who have older F150’s.

This is the first time I’ve written a review for J and K auto, however over the Last year and a half, I’ve had both of my daughter’s cars there to have work done on them. They have always been honest about what needed to be done to the vehicles, whether it was brakes or something else and if no work was needed they were up for about it… Not always easy to find these days… The work that was done was always done well and for a reasonable price; I would highly recommend them for servicing your vehicle!!

Even though my car ultimately could not be repaired due to the extensive issues with it. I love how honest Kevin was and compassionate he was to me. He was prompt in informing me of the issues with my car and kind enough to let it stay at his shop till I could get it towed. I would recommend him to anyone I know needing servicing on their car. Kevin and his team have been working on our fleet vehicles for years and have always treated us well. This time it was my personal vehicle that needed some serious help. It ran horribly and I couldn’t figure it out. Brought it to J&K and they quickly diagnosed the numerous issues. Now keep in mind it’s a 20 year old truck so there’s that. In just a couple of days they had it running the best it ever had and for the amount of work it needed they treated me very very fairly. Thank you Kevin and crew for all you do for our team!
