Sam and the other mechanics in this shop are the best. They are able to detect issues and fix them at a fair and sometimes lower price. They really care about the customers and I think that is what has made this shop successful.

Great place for bodywork. Someone hit my car door when it was parked on the street. Took it here and they quoted me a great price, better than Maaco. Had my car ready in just over a week. Canโt even see the damage anymore. A+++

Jacky & Sam have been partners for years. I've had them as my mechanic for over 6 years and referred family and friends. Very reasonable in what they charge and will diagnose and perform only the work that is needed. No pressure from them whether you want the repair done or not.

This place is known as one of the best pricing spots in Brooklyn, and it was true, the service was really quick after calling them earlier. The staff was really cooperative, the manager is trying best to explain all the needs to each customer, Im only not sure about the quality of the Oil they apply, also ppl are standing all over the place waiting for their cars to be fixed, no waiting area, but still, they do offer a lot of services, the priciiing is just awesome. This is all for improvement. Thanks guys.

Cool. Had my undercarriage coming out slightly after hitting something in the city. Called them up and said bring my car in. They fixed my issue and my car was good to go after 10 min. I live right by them so I'll check them out again. Super efficient and fast service.

I've been with this auto shop for many years. Sam is always cool about thing . Jacky always knew what I want to do to my car or what needed to be done . He advice me what needed to be fixed and what needed to be left alone . Fair price fast service. Note though if your car to be fixed first you need to be there before they open it's first come first serve.

I like this mechanic shop. Sam and Jacky are best mechanics they will fix any problem. They take good care of my car, if I have any problems Sam always finds issue and fixes it. Sometimes very busy, I like to go morning time. Highly recommend this shop for any car.

Update: I've been coming here for almost a year, so this review is getting updated. My conclusion is this: they're my favorite mechanics. While not Chinese personally, I do speak it, and regardless of the language we use, they always treat me with kindness and friendliness. Their prices are very reasonable and well-deserved (much lower than some other places) and they know how to fix it all. I get my state inspection done here regularly (I'm a black car driver). Unlike some shops, they let you know about any potential issues your car may have for your own safety rather than profit. They also top up your liquids as needed. I've now been here half a dozen times (mostly for oil changes, but have done all filters and brakes). They're fast in completing the work (they're busy quite often, though because so many people like this shop). I do recommend this place if they have the room for you (there's a side entrance when the shop has the car entrance closed during cold periods if you want to speak to them). I always try to call ahead of time. All in all, they're one of the best, most honest mechanics I've had in Brooklyn, and I unconditionally trust them with my car.

I went to this auto shop partly on the recommendation of a family friend, who has been using this shop for years, but I also called them beforehand to find out prices on services like oil change and brake pads replacement. They had the best prices of all the places I called! Additionally, the owner/manager of the place is a very nice, courteous and honest man, who is not trying to rip off his customers for short term gain. I had regular oil change done for $35 (some places I called gave me quotes ranging from $45-75 - which is ridiculous!), and rear brake pads changed for $90. I also had a hazard light on for well over a year and he reset it for me free of charge. I will definitely be coming back here in the future, as it looks like I found a new regular mechanic for my car!

I've been going to them for over 10 years, even back when they were at sunset, really good honest people, got recommended through friend of friends and my whole families goes here now. They always give me a low, med, high price for repairs, answers all my questions and gives their recommendation, They even helped me get out of some sticky situations when my car broke down. They're not high end or anything but perfect place to get everyday repairs without hassle.

This shop can only repair old cars, simple Japanese cars, and better new cars. Don't take them there for repair. They don't know how to repair them, and their attitude is bad. They obviously don't have the skills but they refuse to admit it. They don't even have the tools.

when it comes to mechanics I Have a new thing If I know exactly what the problem is, and I call them mechanic, I tell them how much is to fix this & this problem on this & and this car Just because I want to price match mechanics And they can't answer straight and they say you need to come in, we need to check it and I ask them, are you gonna charge me to check And they say yes Then that's\nCalled another mechanic scam how to rip you off on money, not telling you the price before charging you to check it or you have to do the job of them at whatever price they decide to tell you.Then we will no longer tolerate this anymore.For any mechanic that others will will leave such review.People will know, which mechanics are transparent And don't have a problem telling you a price before before

I visited the shop yesterday because my engine wasnโt starting properly and was making some weird sounds. I brought my RAV4 in, and Sam, the owner, was super quick to take a look. He identified that I just needed a new battery. The whole process took only about 30 minutes, and I was really impressed with how responsive and professional Sam was! Plus, the price was very reasonable. Even though I donโt live in the area, this has become my go-to shop. Iโd rather go to someone reliable like Sam!
