Paid for the Ultimate and got bottom of the barrel. Interior was only vacuumed and mats watered down. Brown spots left on exterior. What a waste of $50 bucks. Still had to detail it myself when I got home. Disappointing!!

The man that met me as I drove in, Roman, was very polite, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He detailed everything I needed to know and provided direct answers to questions or concerns I had. He gave me very direct expectations and offers for monthly plans and walked me through the process. After the wash, the men that dried the car and detailed my rims were also extremely kind and efficient as well. I will definitely be going back from here on out. Great service, great prices, and one hell of a great looking car afterwards. Thanks J's!

I paid $40 for an interior and exterior clean. The inside was fine, but I noticed after leaving that the passenger side of my car was dried with somewhat like a greased up cloth. There are many oily spots on the side of my car. For the amount of a wash you would expect the use of clean towels.

Exactly what I was looking for! For $35 the inside and outside of my car were cleaned spotlessly. And fast. Essentially a very cheap mini detail. As implied in the name they actually supplement the drive through wash process with really people hand washing the commonly missed parts of your vehicle. After the drive through Forward to six people hopped on the inside and polished up the outside drying everything and double checking I was in and out whole process took about 10 to 15 minutes a great value for $35 very pleased

First and last time going to this place. Not sure how anyone could not see how poorly my vehicle was cleaned. Smells like dirty rags inside. Too bad I cant include a scratch and sniff option. Steer clear of this car wash. Didn't start to notice how bad it was until I was back at work. Headed to rocket and did it myself. Also left with white scuff marks on my tail light...

I brought in an extremely dirty older 4Runner coated in aphid poop and dirt. I just did an exterior wash with top racks on and the cashier recognized how dirty it was, said they would run it through twice, no extra charge if needed. The guys got everything on the first wash and I'm very happy with the results. I will be bringing my nicer vehicles to them now that they passed the test! Update: I now have their fast pass for two other vehicles. It makes it so easy and with summer filled with lots of travel and pulling horse and travel trailers, they successfully and consistently get all the bugs and road grime off. I continue to be very happy with this service.

Great option for a quick hand wash! There are tracks you drive into for the wash, so if you have custom wheels, that’s something to watch out for. This is a great option for cars you don’t want to damage in machine washes. They offer interior and exterior as well as exterior only wash packages. You can get monthly subscriptions to have unlimited washes. I would 10/10 recommend this place for those who don’t have the time to hand wash their car themselves, but are in need of a quick detail.

I am an exterior membership customer and decided to pay extra to have the interior done today. I was disappointed when I got in my truck and saw many areas that were missed or half wiped down, and leaves left on the interior by the windshield. The tire shine the used also sprayed down the bed of my truck leaving a black residue I have to clean off when I got home. Not a good experience today.

We as a business take a lot of vehicles to be detailed and washed. They do a great job most of the time. I do recommend you give your vehicles a once over after they finish. Sometimes they miss small details like mirrors, screens, but really good most of the time.

Best service I have found as of yet. The truck always looks good. Highly recommend. Have a personal handwashing too. Employees are wonderful located perfectly for down town. If something is not yo your liking they fix it right than and there. They have no problem running your vehicle through again

If you have an oversize truck/vehicle, J's Ultimate is likely the place you need to go to get your vehicle washed if you can't get it washed yourself. I believe that their height limit is 7' 9", which is enough to get what I had washed, and they did a great job considering how much mud I had gotten caked on my vehicle. They cost a little more, but if your vehicle is a little more bigger than everything else on the road it's justified. Interior cleaning is also available.

Got the signature car wash here at J’s. I have a ceramic coating on my car and hand wash is the only way I can wash my car. Absolutely amazing with the service and quality! I loved that I do not have to leave my car during the exterior wash! This was my first time here and I really really need J’s to open a location in Meridian! Maybe also on chinden by 10 mile?? Definitely recommend! Especially for vehicles with special paint protection!

BEWARE. They talk big about bringing your 4x4s and trucks, but THEY DO NOT CLEAN UNDERNEATH your rig at all, or behind your bumpers or under your fenders. So if you have mud or dirt there, it stays there. I have a brand new 2024 Ford Bronco Wildtrak, which I actually do take off-highway. My husband paid for their $45 Signature and then I took it back when I found very visible and easily sprayed off mud right behind the bumpers on both sides. They grudgingly redid it and still didn't get the mud off! My fender flares (which are plastic/PVC) also looked terrible on top until I insisted they put vinyl treatment them on the return visit. The wax job was good on the paint and the interior clean was better than some interior details I have gotten elsewhere, so IF they would clean the bottom properly I would happily return. Sadly, I will not go back since they told me "We can't do any better than that" on the underneath. I took a hose and easily washed the mud off without even bending over, so this attitude really ticked me off. Sorry I didn't take pics! Another point--they claim to put an anticorrosion treatment on your undercarriage, but how can they do that without bottom sprayers? And if they did, what good would it do sprayed over dirt?? Don't waste your money. This place is banking on an old reputation that is no longer deserved! Thumbs down.

First time customer, heard a lot of good things and didn’t want to take my box off my truck so I brought it in. They did a solid job on the interior, it was pretty dirty but disappointed with the job on the outside. There was a lot of mud left. Their staff was very friendly as well, but I honestly wouldn’t have let me leave without running it through the wash again.

For a $27 exterior wash, can’t complain. I do wish they had gotten all the leaves out (swept the bed before bringing it but some small pieces were left). I'm changing my review because I went back with another vehicle and ordered and received the same $27 car wash. When I checked the bank account, I was charged $40. The lady who took my order was also kind of rude and seemed mad I didn't purchase the buy 3, get one free deal.

I’ve been a loyal customer at J’s Car Wash, always opting for the Ultimate Wash. While the price has steadily increased to $45, the quality has consistently declined. For the last five visits, the interior has been poorly cleaned, with obvious areas repeatedly missed (see photos). The rising cost no longer matches the level of service. I can’t recommend J’s anymore and suggest looking elsewhere for better value—even if that means doing it yourself. I truly hope they turn things around.

These photos were taken after the cleaning. We had to spend 20 mins after we got home to actually clean out the trash and clean the car. From driving in, to driving out, we were here for over 30-40 mins and to have this type of poor quality service was very disappointing to say the least. We specifically drove across town for this. The staff was friendly, and we would have waited for higher performance.

Trucks dirtier on the inside then when I came in!! Very half hearted Interior clean with dirty muddy rags. See photos!! Interior "clean" was just a quick wipe. Not a cleaning. And it wasn't done very well. Over all attitude of employees was that they were annoyed. I asked basic questions at the entry and felt attitude. Truck didn't exit wash cleanly and caught some frustration from employees telling me to pull forward (sign still said stop...) then the interior people were annoyed I wanted to get some things out of the way. I asked at the entry about that and was told pull through and do it after. Then in less than 5 minutes truck was "done" cleaner came to find me and was frustrated I didn't see it was done. Barley had time to walk across the parking lot. Overall, lots of attitude didn't feel welcoming at all. And wafh job was absolutely rushed. They're busy but didn't seem overly so. No line in the entry or interior area so not sure why the experience was this. Probably just stick to wiping it down myself. I could do the same job with my sleeve at a stop light. Disappointed customer. After returning to speak with a manager about the issues I experienced more issues with the entry staff. She lied about the situation and said I cursed her out. In any case the manager discussed the issues, refunded my wash and then personally re cleaned the interior. Based on the final interaction, I would try this service again but under a watchful eye.
