When I tell you this company is truly the best and honest I can’t even begin. I was in a desperate situation. My axel had completely broke off and kicked my tire out to where my car wasn’t mobile in a parking lot. I had called other places and got no help. I stumbled across Jack and Taylor on their lunch break and happened to stop in the same parking lot just by coincidence. They literally were there to help and fast. They are not only reasonable with pricing but so kind. I was able to use my car this morning and it’s running amazing! service was so fast and honestly easy I will be coming back and recommending to everyone!

I was in the market for a used car and needed a pre purchase inspection. Most mechanic shops in the area were either booked out for weeks or were not open on the weekends. So, I did a quick google search and was able to find Jack’s and luckily he was open 24 hrs and was able to fit me in for a last minute inspection. He was also able to meet me and the seller closer to where we both lived. Jack was very professional and thorough with his inspection. He was also very honest with both myself and the seller, answering any questions we had. He also told me how much I should ask for when negotiating with the sellers and was able to give me a quote for the repairs needed.

I'm happy to say that we were definitely satisfied with Jacks Mobile Mechanic. Our biggest concern is the obvious honesty mechanics, and from our very first phone conversation, I was immediately comforted by the professionalism and straight forwardness of the company. The convenience factor is without doubt a huge benefit but it is reassuring to know that Jacks Mobile does not overdo this convenience factor and ripoff customers. Moreso than anything it is the professionalism and honesty that convinced us to continue using this company for our repairs/maintenance. I highly recommend this company and would refer them without hesitation to anyone looking for a mechanic. Being mobile is just a HUGE additional plus.

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle on a Sunday. We were looking in the Kent area and we wanted someone to perform a vehicle inspection before we bought the car. Jack was quick to respond and very communicative about what his eta and what he was doing. He arrived on time to the car lot and answered all my questions. He did a very thorough job and gave us am honest unbiased opinion on whether or not we should buy the car. There some notable things wrong with it which he pointed out and even estimated how much those would be to fix. We felt confident buying this used vehicle because Jack was there to tell us his thoughts. We also loved that he was very kind and relatable. We immediately felt like we could trust him. I will say the one con was instead of an email detailing everything he found on some official looking letterhead. We just got a text message.

Did a brake job for me a few years back (2010 ford f150) and it cost me over 1000 to have two brakes repaired (front.) After spending all day working on them they last less then a month before they fell off. It was so bad I had to get rid of my truck because the repair cost was way more then I could afford. I paid a premium cost for a patch work job that didn't last. I won't call again. Disappointing.

Sent a text requesting a quote and the response was quick, and the price was right! I was able to get an appointment for the same day. Jack showed up within the timeframe promised, and had the old alternator removed and the replacement installed within an hour! Great service and very professional! Hired Jack to perform a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was looking to buy from out of state and he delivered. He pointed out a few areas that needed repair while confirming that the vehicle was overall in good shape. My car wouldn't start and I tried everything to diagnose the issue. I had the battery tested at autozone, cleaned the terminals, tested all the fuses, and did a continuity test on the ignition and starter button. I gave up and called Jack and thankfully he was able to come out the same day. Jack tested and verified everything as well. He found that the old aftermarket alarm was the culprit! The car has been starting up perfectly fine now. Jack was great to work with, we discussed the issue and what I tried, and he didn't mind all the circuit/fuse box diagrams I sent him. I'd gladly call him up again if I need help in the future!
