Love these guys! Every time I go into Wesco I am greeted with a friendly smile and feel welcomed. I own a repair shop right up the street and am not a auto body guy at all, but I do know a little. The things I do not know, they take the time and explain what I need to do and how to do it. If they don't have a certain product they can find it at their other locations and have it brought to their store. This saves me so much time and I appreciate that a lot. I called them to ask how long does it take to mix paint. The lady on the phone yelled at me "what do you expect, we are short handed today" with condescending tone. Very unprofessional. I decided to purchase from other store. Management at Renton store needs serious employee training. Not acceptable.

Shelly was very rude and unprofessional. My dad, my boyfriend and i went in to place a paint order, and as soon as we walked in she was extremely condescending and mean. my dad pronounced the word “matte” wrong and she ripped her face mask off and practically yelled at him in the store. we didn’t know what we were doing because we have never painted a car before. we hired somebody and just had to buy the supplies, we told her multiple times we didn’t know what we were doing so when she asked us when we wanted 3 quarts, or 1 gallon of paint and we didnt know, she was visibly upset and explained in a very rude tone, and made us all feel very stupid. very unprofessional and i’m very disappointed. will not be coming back here.

No matter how many times we came to this place (Renton Wesco), we never got the right paint! Last time we just wanted black (without any tints or metallics) and they just gave us another color with a blue tint and blue metallics! It's good that we checked in time and did not paint the car!! I don't know about other cities in this state, but here it's just a disaster!!!! I recommend not to waste your time and find another place with qualified employees !!!

My fiance went there Friday, now the paint did not go for our car. Someone made the paint too dark they were closed yesterday. He went back today (Renton location) and she did not want to return the paint. 1 it was their fault of the color, 2 if you are closed, it's not the customers fault. Then asked a billion questions on where he put the paint, did he put it on the car this way, etc..then proceeded to go outside to see where the paint is to check on the accuracy of his story acting irrational. Then finally said "you know what, I'm going to just give you a refund." Well yes that's the plan, why is it so hard to? And instead of yelling don't be so condescending. She yelled next time do research before walking in her place of work, why are you acting like this? Being nice to your guest goes a long way, certain things we may need help with you should be trained in such.We won't go to that location again. Be careful you guys. Some people don't value customers. If you don't like your place of employment, there are other great opportunities for you elsewhere.

I live three hours north of the Wesco shop in Renton across the street from Pacific Auto Machine Shop. This is where I was going to paint my first car, I'm retired & 70ish and was ready. When I asked too many questions about paint, the Machine shop owner said...."call Shelly at Wesco...for paint and advice." He is not a car painter so it was great advice. Shelly, I don't think suffers fools but is right on and direct with advice,... don't bring attitude Shelly knows her products and if you're on the same wavelength she will help. Being a first timer I'm happy Wesco Autobody Supply was just across the road.

Always has what I need and has multiple locations. There a girl that always helps me out at the counter I think her name is Shelly not positive tho but she's always helpful with finding a solution to one of my many problems with different jobs. Always in a great mood and funny to boot. Customer skills are top notch. Highly recommend
