Fast Service! Drove from PA for work. Heading out to Florida tomorrow and needed oil change. Was able to book my appointment online with no issues. My experience was great from beginning to end of visit, starting with the high level of attentiveness and customer service at the front desk. I was seen promptly and was allowed to complete the check in process without interruption. I was told the appointment would take approximately 1 hour for the oil change (they were pretty packed). During my hour wait I was able to ask additional questions about my car. I will be returning to get a diagnostic done. Thank you for making a stressful day better!

Had another shop tell me my car needed a valve cover replacement as well as some other work. Took it to Midas in Renton on Rainier and they checked it out and said it didn’t need the valve cover work saving me several hundred $ the car didn’t need. I am very grateful. Their turn around time was amazing and prices were reasonable. Car running good now !

The guy at the desk was no bullshit. He didn't hide the ball that the lifelong guarantee on my brake pads was to sell me rotars in the future. Which makes sense and I'm fine with. My Truck could slowdown fine the next day when I was going through mountain passes.

Excellent work! Justin picked up the phone, very knowledgeable and accurate with everything. I went in to get my brake pads replaced, and maybe for them to look at brake fluid levels as well. The experience was fine but a week later I had a second opinion on work that was recommended by this place. Just to find out that when I got my oil changed here, the person working on my car didn't tighten the cap all the way. Could have done some real damage to my vehicle. Wouldn't recommend this place just based off that.

The service was okay overall. They got my car in quickly and finished the job the same day, which I appreciated. However, the communication could’ve been better — I wasn’t clearly told about the extra fees until checkout. The work itself seems fine so far, but I’m not sure I’d come back unless they improve on being more transparent with pricing. It’s an average experience, not great but not terrible either.

Blaine and crew at the Midas on Rainier Ave in Renton did a great job on my car. I appreciate the process of going thru the inspections and identifying if there are any problems and/or potential problems with the car.
