$126 for a oil change…I’m so upset about this place, i’m for sure not coming back. I told dude i had a coupon as soon as i pulled up, he said alright they’ll charge you at the end. they never took my coupon and when they took my card without telling me how much it was, they said “we can’t do anything about it, but next time you come…” i’m not coming back next time. and when i looked at the inspection sheet on what they did. for brake fluid check, windshield wiper check, windshield fluid check, tire pressure, etc. i watched them, they didn’t even do any of that. if i’m paying 126 for an service, i want everything checked if that’s the case. insane.

I called this location on Nov 10th to see if they have any promotions for Veterans Day, and the service member on the phone confirmed they offer a discount for veterans on the 11th. When I arrived on the 11th at this location, they told me they are not offering any promotions for veterans, and had no idea who was on the phone to say that. Pretty disappointed.

I went there for an oil change and a flush, and there was nothing wrong with my car. As soon as I left there, my check engine light was on, my car was shaking, and the engine is whistling. I had my daughter with me while they found it cool to be vaping While they were destroying my car . They are disgusting. I’m taking appropriate action. I am not the one to play with. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. Then the guy wanted to give me a list of things he found on Google that could be wrong with my car. I don’t need a list of anything because there was nothing wrong with my car When I got there. Mind you, they didn’t check the wipers and they said all my lights were fine when I have three lights in the front that are not working and if they’re talking about the inside being fine then why the heck did the check engine light turn on when I left? They didn’t Check the tires and they didn’t put in an air filter. They told me to return on Saturday for a free air filter While it’s included on my invoice. I just paid $200 to get my car destroyed.

The service was quick, but not the friendliest. When I arrived I informed the greeter that I had a coupon which he kind of sighed after. Then when I checked out the coupon wasn't applied and I didn't notice it until after I left. So if you have a coupon I would wait to show it when checking out. The technicians also are a little pushy on up selling.
