Had 3 cars (miata, rav4 and an x3) serviced here over the last two years (2023-2025). Not sure if I'll be comfortable bringing in my car again in the future. Pros - Store staff are friendly. Offers free shuttle rides to and back. Fast on the jobs. Cons - 1. They push for unnecessary products and services for the sake of making money. Once they told me my rav4 needed a coolant replacement although I had just topped it off a week ago. They also sold warranty for tires without explicitly asking me. 2. Miscommunication is real when you ask for specific jobs to be done. Say you make a call and list those jobs. You get to the store and they will have a very different list on their note - for me, they missed transmission fluid change and added coolant change. If you use their online booking system things get even more mixed up. 3. I don't think they really care about cars or their customers. They over torqued the oil tank on my miata and when I pointed it out their the manufacturer recommended 25-30 lb/ft, they told me no we don't use torque wrenches in the shop. Just last week my x3 needed oil change and coolant top off. Got low coolant warning again this morning, only a week after, and when I opened and checked the reservoir, well, it was way below the 'min' line. I made a call to find out what happened. Turned out they never topped off the coolant and never had it on their to-do list in the first place (going back to #2). And you have to really push for facts or they will try to gaslight you. 'The coolant fluctuates.'. 'Our mechanics didn't find it necessary to top off your coolant.'. 'I was on vacation so dunno what happened.'. Fact is I asked for coolant top off, they said they would do it, they didn't do it and let customer drive a car with low coolant for over a week, refused to be transparent or to take responsibility, attempted to gaslight customer, and finally offered a coolant top off if you swing by, showing no remorse of wasting your time or overheating your engine. Overall, if you just need a quick oil change and don't care about over torqued oil tank plugs, they are fine. I personally don't know if I want to do business with them in the future. EDIT: Sent an email to customer service and they asked for me phone number for further discussion. However, I have not been contacted by anyone from management team since a week ago, despite being told it would take 'up to 48 hours'. So there is that.

Absolutely exceptional experience. I clipped a barrier driving into Seattle and blew one tire and damaged the next. I put in the spare and limped down the pass. I have Greg’s a call on the way in. They got us in right away and out on four great tires and did a quick sensor replacement and had the it all done by the end of the day for an exceptionally reasonable cost. Best service I’ve had at a tire shop in a decade or more.

These guys were lifesavers. My girlfriend and I had traveled from Idaho to Renton for Christmas. Our car broke down on Christmas Eve night. I had it towed to their sunset blvd location that night. They were closed on Christmas, of course, but then had the car ready bright and early just one full day after Christmas so we could make it home with ease and in time to get back to work after the holidays. Would use exclusively if I had one in my area but I would recommend for anyone with a Japanese model in Seattle area.

Overall the service was not bad but I was disappointed. They did quality work but I feel that they took advantage of my lack of knowledge of car mechanics. I spent almost 4 grand on an issue that did not resolve the misfiring. I get that car issues you have to dig, but its frustrating when I asked repeatedly if the 4 grand would fix the issue and was told it would. It did not and now I am 4 grand down the drain with still an unworking car.

Had another great experience at Greg's on Sunset Blvd in Renton yesterday; they are my now-regular shop to service my 2012 Toyota Sienna. Martin and the on-duty tech did a very fast assessment of my burnt-out headlight, offered me three different bulb prices, and then showed me how to replace the bulbs myself. We discussed my upcoming 60K service and I got a readout on cost, so can plan for that this year. I left satisfied and feeling like I'd been well taken care of.
