I was visiting Seattle from Vancouver and had a little hiccup during my trip. My tire got flat with three nails in it. I didn't know what to expect, I fortunately was close to this center and gentlemen over there were super helpful. They fixed the tire and swapped with my installed spare. Even gave a short health check summary of my vehicle. All was done in an hour and at no cost. I was shocked to learn in this economy, a company could be having this policy of helping customers for free. I would gladly recommend them for any car and tire related needs. I would really thank them again for extending this extraordinary service and value to the people.

Very professional service. The person at the desk, Jacob, was quite knowledgeable and provided plenty of useful information. Replacement of four tires and alignment didn’t take more than two hours which considerably shorte wait time than other counterparts.

Yesterday I had a 4” screw stuck in my tire tread. Not only did Les Schwab remove it and repair it, they were able to get me in immediately and I was able to make it to my next appointment on time. Thank you to the whole crew! Front office staff was warm and friendly too. This is another reason we are loyal to Les Schwab!

Came for a slow tire leak. Service was fast and Michael took great care of us. In and out. Highly recommend this location. And no charge.

I have been utilizing the expertise and convenience of this tire center for a very long time. Several vehicles throughout the family all have Les Schwab tires and appreciate the Les Schwab service. Definitely thankful for their kindness and knowledge and this location is always accommodating and friendly.

One star. The only reason it isn’t zero is because the app won’t let me. Came in for a TPMS light. Genius McToolbelt checked two tires, ignored the other two that apparently don’t exist in his universe, and confidently declared “bad sensor” like he channeled the ghost of Henry Ford himself. Truly inspiring to watch a man diagnose a four-wheel electronics by inspecting exactly half of them. Michelin should hire this legend—he’ll have tire pressure solved by only looking at the left side of the car from now on. 10/10 would not recommend. 0/10 competence achieved.

Jose and Brandon are honest, competent and friendly. I’ve had my car’s brakes and tires replaced here, and I’ll be coming back when it needs new shocks and struts. One of the few automotive repair places where I feel like the work will be done right and I won’t get screwed.

I recently visited Les Schwab in Renton to address some extensive car repairs. While I understood the need to replace my worn tires as they were not up to code, the unprofessional behavior of the staff left me extremely disappointed. During my visit, I witnessed employees making obscene gestures and engaging in inappropriate behavior while supposedly working on my car. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer experience has convinced me to take my business elsewhere. I recommend seeking a shop that values their customers and upholds higher standards of conduct. Updated Review My experience at Les Schwab in Renton continues to be incredibly disappointing. After my initial visit, during which I witnessed unprofessional behavior from the staff, I had hoped the issues with my vehicle were resolved. However, after leaving their shop, I noticed a persistent knocking sound coming from my car. Upon inspection, I discovered all the lug nuts on the driver's side were loose—one was even missing! To make matters worse, the tire pressure caps were also missing, and there's seems to be more damage, possibly to the hub and wheel bearing. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, as it could have caused serious damage or even a dangerous situation while driving. I’ve returned to assess the potential damage caused by their negligence, but this experience has reinforced my decision to avoid this location in the future. If you value your safety and your vehicle, I strongly suggest finding a shop that prioritizes professionalism and attention to detail

I called earlier in the day and they had no wait. I should have come in at the point. Although my wait was an hour. The repair itself was brief and thorough! I thought it was another issue but they found a nail deep in the tread. With the long wait, I understand why, the service and help from the employees (sorry I didn’t get the two gentlemen’s names) was top notch with friendliness and honesty! Now I see why the wait is so long, they provide a high quality service!

I’ve been going to Discount Tires since I’ve been driving (35 years); My dad always bought tires from them. My last few visits at Discount Tires soured me. I went to Les Schwab Renton on a recommendation from a coworker. This is my second time going to this Les Schwab. First time was a trial. Got my tires rotated. This was the test. My experience both times has been excellent. The people are personable and inviting. There is no pressure to buy; just good infomation to make a solid choice for my situation. Andrew helped me this time, and I'm pretty sure he helped me last time too. Very professional. He was knowledgeable and easy to speak with. While I was waiting, workers walked in and out of the lobby. What sets this store apart from Discount Tires is maturity. The workers are about the same age as the guys at Discount Tires. But there was a maturity about them. This is not something that can be trained into a worker. It happens through leadership. When I called back to find out the name of the guy who helped me, I was surprised find out that Andrew was the Store Manager. But, then again, I wasn’t surprised. This guy was young, yet, he embodied the maturity and professionalism that the other workers also showed. I wouldn’t be going back to Discount Tires. Your store has done something that is very hard to do: Get someone to buy your product when they have been buying someone else’s their whole life. I’ll be buying my father a set of tires for his Explorer for Christmas and I’ll be going to the Les Schwab in Renton.

Had scheduled an appointment for full tire replacements after experiencing a flat tire. Christine at check in was very friendly, and took the time to evaluate the situation to see if all four truly needed replacing or if two could be saved for the interim. James came in to give a second opinion and helped come up with a plan that saved me money and gave a timeline of suggested maintenance to best meet my needs for the longevity of the vehicle. Both were extremely helpful and shared their knowledge of what to look for in future situations, and really took the time to make me feel as though they were looking out for me, not just an easy sale. Would absolutely recommend this location to others and I look forward to going back in the future to work with their team.

I visited Les Schwab on. Rainer on 11/13/25. They were more than awesome! They looked at my car right away close to the end of the day to inspect if I needed a new tire. Their responsiveness and customer service is top tier! Thank you for helping me out to make sure my tires were ok and safe to drive.

I'm writing about a concerning experience we had as long-time customers at this Les Schwab location. Our car had a blown tire and was towed to here. When we asked to use our lifetime warranty, the gent who helped us insisted we had driven on the flat and tried to charge us $350, making the claim that "tires don't just blow out." This was not only incorrect (the car was towed there, we didn't drive after losing a tire) but also an unhelpful response. I was pregnant and on my way to work, not doing off-road or something that guarantee his response. After seven years of loyalty, we expected our warranty to be honored without a debate. I would caution future customers to be very clear about their warranty terms when getting new tires or any service at this location.

They said it would take two hours. It ended up taking 3 1/2 almost 4 hours. This was just for a new tire. Saw multiple people who got there after me leave before me. They only filled up the new tire of 36 psi and didn’t fill the others resulting in 3 tires at 30 PSI and 1 at 36…. All my past experiences with Les Schwab, they have always filled up all the tires to the same psi. Employees & Service was OK. We’ll probably go to my regular location in the future.

Through an unfortunate series of events, I needed all new wheels and tires, and had all sorts of scheduling restrictions. Jose worked patiently with me all day, fielding lots of calls with updates to timing, and was patient and helpful throughout. My car now has all new shoes, looks and drives great, and I am so grateful! Strongly recommend this location for the service and the results.

Needed to get new TPMS sensors for my Prius. I've always used Discount Tire in the past because I'm from Arizona and just always used them since they were headquartered there. Ever since Covid they have really become unreliable, even when you set up an appointment in advance the place is packed full of people and there is like one person at the desk. So I tried Les Schwab which I was told by many is a great place to go in the PNW and they were right. I was able to get assistance right away and the car was done in a few hours. I think my future tires are going to be done here.

I give them 6 stars out of 5. They were able to fix my tire after another shop turned me away. They will fill air and check tires for free.

Brandon did AMAZING in diagnosing my car. He literally was so detailed oriented to find the small problem that was causing a big issue within my tire that no one else was able to figure out. Thank you for your attention to detail and customer service!

Happy I chose this location and chose Les Schwab. I had an appointment at 5 which is 1hr before closing. I had time to come in earlier and without hesitation- accommodated me. Christine was very sweet and kind when scheduling my appointment and sold me the proper tires I was in need of. She didn't try to over sell me or under, which I value an honest recommendation. James the manager was polite and helpful. Michael performed the work and he did it quickly. I was in and out in less than an hr, while he was simultaneously working on other vehicles at the same time. He didn't leave my car a mess with brake dust and grime from doing the work, he did clean work (that's a HUGE peeve of mine is when I get automotive work done of any kind and my car gets grease or oil inside of it). Upon my arrival, Curtis was polite and courteous enough to, stop what he was doing, asked me if there was anything I needed and if he could be of help, then letting me know i had parked in the wrong area. The rear parking area is employee parking. The front is customer parking on the corner of 7th and Rainier. The space is clean. Lots of seating. They have vending machines that also take debit/credit card or tap pay. They offer a wide range of tires and services. I only got two tires when I came but plan to bring my business back here to get a second set for my car. The entrance to this business in on Rainier AVE you cannot access this establishment any other way you must be on Rainier AVE traveling Northeast. They offer free air and tire repair upon purchase and warranty their work. Great work Les Schwab Team keep up the good work. I plan to recommend more people to hopefully bring more business for you guys.
