★☆☆☆☆ I swore to NEVER patronize Sound Ford again and here we are... my 2020 F450 was hit by a company who chose Sound collision to do the repairs. DO NOT GO TO SOUND FORD OR COLLISION FOR ANY REASON or you will likely be very disappointed. They called me yesterday to pick up my vehicle and on my way home, I used my turn signal and realized they DID NOT PROPERLY INSTALL MY NEW HEADLIGHT!! The entire unit does not work, which makes operating my truck illegal. THEY LITERALLY DID NOT CHECK MY LIGHTS AFTER REPAIRS!! Today I am without my truck, cannot make $$ for my business because yesterday I returned my loaner truck when Sound returned mine and am now without EITHER A LOANER OR MY 120,000$ brand new F450 platinum that has sketchy repairs!! PLEASE FIND MY REVIEW ON THE DEALERSHIP AS WELL AND SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS OF THIS PRACTICE AT SOUND FORD. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
