Called the shop this morning and the Guy hung up on me after he told me they don't serve my area. They say on the website they serve King County, Is Black Diamond that far from Renton?? Hacks over there don't waste your time.

I contacted these guys for a straightforward starter replacement. I never booked service with him, but would never recommend them to anyone based on the customer service I received. My initial contact was via the website. Once I realized that we'd be emailing back and forth, I tried to call to streamline the process. What I got was a very curt mechanic who really made me feel like I was inconveniencing him for calling. I overlooked it because,well, we've all been busy before and emailed him the rest of the info. I received an email back with a price quote for a rebuilt starter - which is ok but I would have liked a quote for both a new and rebuilt. I express interest in booking and get an email informing me that this was a cash only price. Now without a car that will start, and in an area with little public transportation, I wasn't able to get to an ATM so I apologized for taking up his time and thanked him for reaching out. Here is the exact response I received from the mechanic: "We can take credit, debit cards but we charge 5% on top of the quote and we charge the entire quote on the card before we come out. So much fraud to avoid. So sorry." I'm still not entirely sure how to take the response, but it did feel from the first contact as if he suspected that I wasn't being honest. In the end, I booked another mechanic who was pricier but worth it for the pleasant customer service if nothing else. Truly a disappointing first impression.

Scheduled an appointment for the mobile service. He said he call an hour later to verify. I changed my plans with my wife so she could be home when he was scheduled to be there. He didn’t call, he didn’t show. Terrible, terrible service. The appointment was only supposed to be two hours after I spoke with him.

I came out to my truck and the battery was dead. I called Mr. Mobile and they got my vehicle information over the phone. Darwin came to me and replaced my battery right there. It was Very convenient considering the other options. I was up and rolling within 2 hours. They were efficient, professional and friendly. They are very busy. I see their vans and trucks all over the south sound area. I would definitely call again if I needed something in a similar situation.

This guy was the only guy who could fix my car leaking coolant. After 2 different mechanics tried fixing my coolant problem, mr mobile actually solved the problem. And it was an easy fix! Bonus that he's open 7 days a week, and was the only mechanic in my area open on a Sunday. He always makes sure to take a look at the car to diagnose it, instead of making false promises on the phone. Very honest mechanic, didn't cheat me out of auto repairs

He requested a deposit prior to coming out and I sent it immediately, I actually sent two. Then he cancel the job after I sent the money and said he never got it even though my bank confirmed he did. Then he wouldn’t answer the phone. Watch out for this. I should have known when he said his business license was in trouble but he came recommend.

Deposit without service. Been a week of being ghosted and a sudden immature argument over his failing management. Imagine you send a $50 deposit, they don't show up for their appointment, then they cry about their employees while being completely available. Edit: Thank you for finally reaching back out despite 3 voicemails, a $50 Zelle request, no follow up from Darwin or Jason, and a google review response after your normal working hours. Honestly, you can keep telling that story but unless I get my deposit back, we both know who's telling the truth. The truth is they failed to complete their appointment and gave an inadequate follow ups during normal working hours.
