The Brotherton experience is top class. When you buy a luxury car you expect luxury service. That’s what you get when you service at Brotherton. Marvin at the service center is great and Alex my sales person is just as great. It’s been a year since I bought the car and I have recommended multiple people to the dealership. When you have a superior product like the Lyriq and match it with a great dealer you get an exceptional experience as a customer.

This is by far the best service department I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so nice, incredible good at their roles, and just give off this really pleasant attitude. I’ve never had a bad experience here or fell like I was a burden. The staff just care - and that makes all the difference! had to take my car in 3 separate occasions for a month for the same issue. Each time it seems they were no doing a full inspection to diagnose the real issue. They are the professionals and should be able to diagnose without a customer having to be without a car and continue to take off of work to drop off or pick up vehicle. Hopefully 3rd times a charm. I felt they were just checking one thing each time I had to bring my car back in.
