Awful! I paid $50 and this is what they did had to ask them to go back and clean other spots and when I asked them to do that they gave me a look like I was crazy. Got home and saw they didn’t vacuum the trunk at all and were very careless in other areas. Also still had water stains on the car. Worst job ever, won’t be coming back!

One of the worst car washes I have had. Paid for VIP to include cleaning dash and doors. When I returned, they didn’t even wipe down the dash-had dust all over. I asked them to re-clean. These are the photos from the second “wipe down”. Will not be returning. This is what you get for a $40 wash here.

I love this place. I go to this Jackson's multiple times a week because I work really close to it. The employees are always super friendly. They have good coffee, sodas and a huge variety of cigarettes. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the windshield people there. They walk around inspecting cars and then try to force you to talk to them about windshield replacement. When I was there today, I had to yell at one of them because they kept digging into to me about it even though I told him NO very clearly. This type of interaction with the windshield side of Jackson's is NOT the 1st time. I know that they are just doing their job and trying to help people BUT their manager needs to teach them a lesson about how to talk to people and how to respect boundaries.

Horrible service. Had a interior detail $299 value, there regular car wash atleast wipes things off!! Did not clean Any Glass, can see all dirt and dust on turn signal lever, vents, radio, console, seats, floor and even dash... They didn't even finish vacuuming, never did passenger sides.. They took stuff out of glove box, never even wiped off glove box. Why take my stuff out than? The vehicle was dropped off, so ample time to get service done properly. Pathetic service is probably the best way to describe. Total disappointment! Beware of this company, gave one last attempt to redeem themselves from another bad experience and they Failed. Pictures tell it all!

Just received the ultimate wash with the brake dust and wheel well polish. Overall the wash is good for the price but I had to ask the young man to actually clean the wheels. After asking he did a great job. I would have given a higher rating if I didn’t have to ask him to finish it.

This car wash was disappointing this last visit. The sales guy also sold us the $50 package to scrub the console and cup holders and do extra cleaning. The car was barely wiped down or vacuumed. They sprayed and didn’t wipe down and it was oily everywhere we touched. I had been here before but seems the sales guy is not selling what the backend workers are actually doing.

Sabas and Juan Rock! Been going to Jacksons Car Wash, but these guys truly go the extra mile and make even just my routine wash which I do twice a week, as if I got fully detailed. Bring my personal cars and our fleet of Delivery on-demand Haultail cars there too. The quality and care is key. Awesome staff, awesome management. Highly Recommend

I’ve paid two or three months in advance and somehow they have managed to not make my Carwash work. Do not go there. I’ve been getting the runaround. The only person has been nice. Is the person that picks up the phone and I can never talk to the right person just don’t go there. They’re terrible. They are greedy and I want my damn refund! %%%% Update four days later%%%%%… The first posting was done approximately I think November 24 or something like that and this is done almost December 1 FYI. Fixing problems and doing them well goes a long, long, long long way with me that’s why they’re back to five stars and I will recommend them nowWell, I was very suspicious because I felt like I was getting the runaround but they followed through and they did everything gave me my refund and I could tell they were concerned about me so I’m raising back to five stars and I will go and patronize that place again Not as a monthly member, but I will get my Carwash there going forward because of the way there problem team made me feel important thank goodness I was so worried I was gonna have to do a dispute. I’m so glad I don’t have to think about that now they followed through on everything ultimately I just read all my emails, so thank you and now I gotta change the stars.

Definitely one of the better car wash and gas stations out there. Located in the shopping center next to tons of shops. Great pricing on the car wash with the option to purchase a monthly unlimited plan. Very huge spot which includes car maintenance stuff to. Lots of deals and options everywhere at this location. It does get busy quick so the earlier the better for both car wash and gas.

Nobody is available to schedule over the phone. Once I finally got someone to pick up the phone, they told me to hang up and talk to the AI assistant to schedule for my truck detailed. After I told her, I Don’t want to speak to an AI agent she said well unfortunately that’s all we can do to schedule you. Told her I would go somewhere else and hung up. If they don’t even have a live person who can schedule me why would I want to bring my $80,000 truck here to be detailed?

I've been going here for at least 10+ years, and I'm finally just fed up with this place. Theyve got plenty of time to bother you about your windshield, but no time to check on their vacuum system that is never working! Not to mention the drying guy isn't even there half the time now. Obviously I'm speaking of my monthly membership were I do the vacuuming myself. I can't speak on the experience of someone who has them do all of the services for you. As far as the monthly is concerned, it's worthless. Take the time and find a superstar, it's worth the drive regardless of where you're at. Also, be prepared to bite tooth and nail to cancel your membership, I've been trying to do it for months. No place on their website, no contact, and I actually had one of the guys at the front pull up my account to cancel it, twice now. They just keep charging me.

If I could give this place more than (5) stars, it would be automatic. I have been coming to this location ONLY for years to get my cars washed, and I have NEVER had a bad experience. From Ray at the front register to Alan and Francisco (all the employees) on the wash/seevice side, you will always be greeted with kindness and professionalism. Hands down the best car wash in the Valley!

Absolute joke of a business. I paid for an ultimate wash and watched my car sit there untouched for an absurd amount of time. No wash, no wipe-down, nothing. The windows weren’t even cleaned, car not even vacuumed properly.When I questioned it, the store manager, Poncho, came over just to hand me my keys like the job was done. When I pointed out that no one had touched my car, he laughed in my face and told me I “should’ve paid for a detail instead.” Instead of fixing the problem, he mocked me. His behavior was completely unprofessional. He slurred his words, smelled strongly of alcohol, and acted dismissive and hostile the entire time. What’s more concerning is I’m a woman and was being calm and respectful the entire time. As a paying customer, I have never been treated with such disrespect or humiliation. This place has hit rock bottom. Zero accountability, zero quality control, and management that clearly does not care. Save your money and your dignity, and do not come here!

I've been going to this location since even before it was Danny's car wash. Pancho and all the other team there and Cisco have to be some of the most attentive employees that I have dealt with there and about 15 years of going to this location. We go above and beyond for detail and customers needs not to mention the professionalism and politeness this team has. I strongly encourage their monthly memberships and detail! I cannot say enough great things about these guys and girls that work they do go above and beyond for car wash and services!

Got my Audi SQ5 completely detailed and ceramic coated and am extremely happy with the results. I've booked another appointment for our other car as well. Thomas and Mahyar were extremely helpful getting everything scheduled and explaining the ceramic coating and up keep. Christian and Allen performed the detailing and did a wonderful job, the car looks the best it ever has. The vehicle had a surprising amount of overspray and they called me to inform me that extra time would be needed and the final product was well worth it! 100% recommend getting detailing here and will keep coming back.
