Wow. These guys are awesome! I shopped multiple places for my color change wrap and got a ton of estimates. Within 5 minutes of talking to jim, I knew I had the right place. I had them do some lettering for my company as well and I told the artist where I wanted it. After looking at it where i wanted, I realized I wanted it a bit higher. I offered to pay to have it moved and they did it for free! Who does that? If you are looking to be taken care of like you are family, go see Jim and his crew. Adam (the project manager) gave me his personal cell and texted me updated pics of the project as it progressed. The crazy thing is, my project was probably the smallest one in their shop at the time and they treated me like I was the top priority.

I have been a customer of Pro Motorsports Scottsdale for a few years. They are experts at everything for vehicle customization. Truly if you can imagine it they can do it. If you have a question call Jim Lewis, the owner who is intimately involved in every customer's order. I highly recommend them.

No integrity. They did some custom work on a high end vehicle purchased from them and when it proved to be poor work, rather than fix their work and make it right they want to charge me again. The past year they’ve really went downhill. Spend your money somewhere else where they will value and appreciate you, not here.

Took the wife’s stock Jeep up there to be outfitted. Didn’t know exactly what we wanted but Jim and all of his crew provided ideas. At the end my wife ended up with a one of a kind Jeep. They went way beyond what I expected for customer service. I recommend Pro Motorsports to everyone.

Great Window Tinting Experience! I had been doing extensive research on places to have my wife's Tesla Model 3 windows tinted as the Arizona summer approaches. I had read and researched many of the available tints and tint shops available and the DubIR tint (I believe it is also known as Pentagon IR) that is available seems to be one of the best out there for heat reduction. There are some others that are close, but don't seem as high quality. The differences between shops is astounding as to which shop is willing to do what and why as well as the costs. Jim (the owner) was very clear and straightforward and had no issues tinting all the windows in the vehicle, except the front windshield as Tesla Model 3 design is flawed and has an issue with possible water damage to critical computer systems in front A-pillars, however, no issue with putting in a visor strip. He was also very knowledgeable on what level of tint works the best, (ended up with 20% on all 4 windows and back roof, 70% on sunroof over front seats so it doesn't overheat the glass, and 5% visor strip) is most appealing, and is most popular. I took his advice and the car looks great, is much cooler, and at an extremely fair price for the quality of product, compared to some of the other shops I looked at. I will be posting this on the Tesla blog site as well for any other people who are grappling with this tint issue as well. Crazy that Tesla doesn't deliver the vehicles already tinted in Arizona. Thanks Jim for a great job!

I have nothing but great things to say about Pro Motorsports. Jim Lewis and his crew have taken great care of my car on several occasions. I have had PM handle several small projects on the car and they have no problem taking them on and finishing in a timely manner. They have completed tasks that other shops failed to finish correctly. What a great shop! Outfitted my wife’s jeep at Pro Motorsports and they were awesome. Only great experiences at Pro Motorsports! I have used Pro Motorsports for the past few years for a lot of different projects on my vehicles and they have always done a great job! I have had a vehicle wrapped there, upgraded suspension, stereo, engine work, etc... All turned out great! I just purchased a new truck from them and they made it super easy! Price was better then I could find anywhere else. It is hard to find a good automotive shop you can trust. I have had a lot of bad experiences at different shops. Pro Motorsports is the only shop I feel good about recommending to people, where I can feel confident they will have a good experience also. The owner Jim, very honest and wants everyone to leave there happy.

Recently had 26”Forgiato wheels and tires installed on my wife’s Range Rover, Jim and his team did a wonderful job , despite having some issues with one of our tires that ended up being defective from the manufacturer they handled the entire issue with ease with the owner Jim even lending us his personal Range Rover while they handled the issue. Top tier quality with excellent customer service!! Will definitely be back..

I had my BMW wrapped two years ago, Jim and his staff exceeded my expectations. I was recently rear ended and needed to have my bumper re wrapped. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the wrap protected my paint underneath. I will not take my vehicles to anywhere else, the work is unparalleled, the prices are competitive and the staff are all very accommodating.

Jim is the kind of guy that buys you lunch while you wait for your car to get tinted. His staff is always attentive, the work they do is high quality, the service they provide is equally as good. ProMotorSports worked on my truck for a year. When I got the car back the work looked so bad, I had a 3rd party look at the car. What they found was counterfeit products being passed off as the real thing. ProMotorSports sells their image as doing athletes cars, but after reading this review, I ask all of them who have gotten work done to get it double checked. ProMotorSports over charges on most of the work done on my car as well. ( An example would be charging $6000.00 to install a stereo.) That would be fine if they did good work, but unfortunately they don't. I have spent months learning more and more about the poor quality job they have done. This is not just a disgruntled customer. I asked ProMotorSports for Alcantara Suede and they put in a knock off material, but charged full price. I asked them to put in a custom stereo and they botched the work so much that a worker evaluating got shocked. I asked them to put in custom leather interior and they gave Katskin seat covers and tried to pass them off as custom. I asked them for custom wood done throughout the car and not only did they not finish the job, but ProMotorSports tried to up charge me as the job continued. I found all this out by accident. If ProMotorSports' job wasn't so poor, I would never have had it evaluated and found all of this out. If you have gotten work done by ProMotorSports, check your invoices, do research to see what other places charge for the same work. Get your car inspected by a 3rd party to make sure the materials used are the ones you paid for. I highly encourage anyone thinking of using this company to think twice. I have all proof of this review, if anyone wants to contact me for more information. It is really unfortunate that shops like this exist. ProMotorSports does an excellent job of grabbing your trust, but the final product is extremely disappointing.

Our Ford Raptor was stolen from a local Ford dealership while it was there for paint touch-ups. Within 45 minutes of locating the vehicle, we found it at Pro Motorsports. When the truck was located, it was already on a lift with the tires removed and approximately $30,000 worth of parts taken off and JIM the owner had those parts sold. Law enforcement was involved, and this matter is being handled appropriately. And from what I can tell, stealing cars is an old past time of JIMs. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to proceed with extreme caution. Additionally, if your car gets stolen in the Scottsdale area, I would strongly encourage you to check pro motor sports because Jim might’ve taken it from another dealership or shop or maybe even your front yard and is probably taking it apart to sell it piece by piece now or to a dealer up in Vegas right Jim? Anyways, thanks for the eventful weekend JIM! Best wishes!
