My fiancé brought our Range Rover in for service in June, and we were charged $5,800 for repairs, including addressing a suspension fault. However, since the day we picked up the vehicle, we’ve continued to experience the same suspension issue. The problem was never fully resolved. Now, less than a month later, we are in Los Angeles and the same suspension fault warning has appeared again , this is unacceptable given the amount we paid for the repair. We trusted your shop to fix the issue, and we are extremely disappointed that the problem remains unresolved. At this point, we are requesting that you either: • Correct the issue at no additional cost to us, or • Provide a full refund

I went to get a third estimate from them after getting an estimate of $1700 from another garage and $2500 from GMC. They checked my car and told me that all the repairs given in the estimate were absolutely unnecessary. Their honesty and integrity made me a loyal customer. They found me the best price, I got a total of $600 for parts and labor, and believe me, I had two estimates beforehand, an appointment was made quickly, and my car was repaired in 1 hour out of the usual 3 hours. The team is fantastic, from the reception to the mechanics. They are kind, professional, attentive and smiling. I'm happy to have found them, it's rare these days for people to be honest and integrated. They don't like cars! They let my kid drive off after a 13 minute diagnosis and a couple of Benji's. I asked the guy to fix it, but he needed 4 more Benji's to make that happen and send my kid sputtering down the road. Needless to say I got my handy dandy spark plug wrench, less than a Jackson, and had her right as rain in a few moments. Thanks for nothing guys!

My car died at work around the corner from here & called them in the most desperate of time I've ever been in. They had no problem accepting my car being towed there (didn't even need me there for anything so I was still able to work) called me with updates about why my car wouldn't start AND even worked with my extended warranty! One of the best, easiest and fastest experiences I've ever had with a car repair place. I would go back here without hesitation if I needed to.
