I could tell the guy at the front desk was over-worked and frazzled, and he told me 3 workers called off, so I made a point to be really polite and patient with him, and they changed my oil for $30 in 30 minutes and even vaccumed and filled up my tires!

I needed an oil change and looked everywhere locally to me forgetting that Walmart has an auto service center. I'm pleasantly surprised at the service level and price. Everyone was great from start to finish with text updates along the way. You won't get that at another service center. Highly recommend.

I took my car into the auto center today to get the flat tire repaired. Bradley was extremely helpful! He provided great customer service. So much to that I decided to upgrade the warranty coverage after he carefully explained it to me with all my many questions. He was very kind and extremely helpful. He didn't have the typical ego associated with most guys in auto shops when a girl comes in asking for help. He immediately got me situated with the tires I needed to get back on the road. Thanks Bradley for having and exhibiting great customer service.

Great customer service all around. Jason was awesome and did a great job with battery change. I was in and out within 30 mins. No hidden fees or pricing.I didn't catch the name of cashier but he was very helpful. Great job guys keep up the great work!

Wow wish I would have read the other comments. Horrible service. Came in for tires, and waited , and waited, and waited. About 4hrs to get two tires. Only to find out their "technician" has less knowledge than myself in changing tires. I had to remind them new tires go in the back. Careful with this place. They take shortcuts. Double check the work, they've likely forgot something basic like adding the motor oil after a motor oil change. Not really sure what they were doing for the 4hrs I waited

I wish I had paid closer attention to the reviews… this place is terrible. When I showed up for my appointment I waited for around 15 minutes, watching the guy who checks you in stand at his little desk and stare at the wall… or whatever he was staring straight ahead at. When he finally came he was short with me and had a attitude like he just didn’t like his job. When he checked me in they only had me down for an oil change when I had set the appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. He said he would straighten it out. As it turns out, he didn’t straighten it out. When I got notification my vehicle was done and went up to pay for it they had only done the oil change. I paid my bill and left.

Update: Spoke to the manager Scott this morning to share feedback and he was very nice and knowledgeable. The experience may have been better if I had interacted with him that day! Purchased new tires with the installation appointment @ 7:00-8:00. Arrived @ 6:45 and when store opened and checked in at 7:00, was told they could not start until the techs arrived. At check in, confirmed a couple times it would be done by 8:00 because I had to drop someone off at the airport. In case something ran late, I built in a buffer and was okay to leave by 8:30 😊 Checked on the status at 8:00 and they said 15-20 more minutes. Checked again at 8:15 and same thing. Eventually had to order an Uber to drop someone off at the airport since the car was not ready. Inquired about the free tire rotations and hazard protection warranty the tires include, and tech could not tell us how often they recommend to do so. Finally checked out and was able to leave @ 9:00. Tire pressure light was still on after getting all brand new tires. I don’t know much about cars so wish there had been more assistance and clarity in what was happening.

I went in multiple times to have my vehicle serviced and everyday I went in the old man Steve I believe his name is would turn me away telling me to come back the next day. I asked if I could make an appointment and he said not for tire balance so I came back a few days later and then he told me he couldn’t take me without an appointment. I asked why he specifically keeps turning me away for service. He got frustrated and started giving me attitude telling me I don’t need my tires serviced. Every time you pull up he tries to hide and hopes you drive away. He intentionally pushes customers away because he doesn’t want to work. He needs to quit his job if he hates customers this much. Walmart needs to do something about this guy. Rude and disrespectful.

Steve at the auto center needs to be retrained. He is falsely giving out information to customers when all they want is to pay for a service. He turned my husband and I away twice for wanting our tires balanced. It’s our prerogative to pay for what we want. He told us last week we need an appt and no techs can do it when it was 3pm. They close at 7pm. Then we come back early a week later and he turns us away at 11am. Same excuse. Not sure what his deal is, but he has now wasted two days of our time. Totally Ridiculous. He also stands inside the garage, sees new cars pull up, decides to joke and laugh with employees and then comes up to you after waiting a while in hopes you drive off and just leave. We aren’t stupid, we know what he’s trying to do. Save the games for someone else. Walmart needs to look into this unethical production.

The door didn't open and I didn't see anybody until 7:15 for my 7 am appointment. It's now past 7:30 no one's touched my car yet. I know it's a good price but you pay for it in lousy service and unfriendly staff. The picture denotes the amount of staffing.

Definitely come here! All of the service guys were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I was only there to get my windshield wipers changed and they brought me inside and found the best part for me - checked me out - and placed them on my car quickly instead of making me wait in the queue since they knew it would be fast. I believe the technicians name was Turro but everyone there was so nice and helpful! Would definitely come here again!!!

I’m writing to share my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received from Brett at your location. After visiting another Walmart store, I was told they couldn’t replace the tires I had purchased online due to the lift on my vehicle. I was extremely stressed and unsure of what to do next. I decided to call your location, and even though it was got here at 6:20 PM and closing time was 7:00 PM, Brett told me to come in. From the moment I arrived, he reassured me not to worry and said he would take care of everything. He went above and beyond by replacing all four tires and making sure I was completely taken care of. His professionalism, understanding, and willingness to help—especially so close to closing time—truly meant a lot to me. That is exactly how you take care of a customer. The last three visits have had some issues. 1) Battery change Summer 2025 - brought my own battery to get changed, and when complete, I drove home. When I looked in the trunk of my car, the new battery was still there. I drove back to Walmart and manager was adamant they changed the battery until I showed them. 2) Oil change Fall 2025 - after oil change I noticed the reminder sticker was not replaced on windshield and car's oil change reminder was not reset. I have doubts they even changed my oil. 3) Oil change and tire rotation January 2026 - oil changed, but didn't rotate tires. I asked them ahain to rotate tires, but manager said tire tread looked good enough. Still supposed to rotate tires. Even Walmart app said it was due. Manager relented, but took an additional two hours to get tires rotated. While I appreciate the low prices, the quality service is lacking. Be aware.
