Full honesty, they are one of the best service centers for Alfa in the U.S. William is extremely knowledgeable, and always takes his time to explain and show me every detail and concern/question I bring up. The best is to just show up and talk to them in person. Getting through on the phone can be sometimes very difficult, but every time I go and show up they make immediate time for me and are more than accommodating and knowledgeable. Even several Alfa forums online have commented on this dealers superior quality and service compared to others. Highly recommend.

My 2021 Alfa Romero Stelvio TI Sport infotainment dash would randomly go dark for a few secs and then back on. Jon in Service is the absolute best, extremely knowledgeable, professional and superior communication. They replaced the Radio (my vehicle is still in the manufacturer warranty), updated the needed software and helped me get everything paired up on my phone. They didn't try to tell me I needed other services Wow! So honest. I've been to this Scottsdale location twice and both times my experience has been wonderful. These folks work hard. All of the staff i encountered were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.
